Property Summary
Baroncelli is a semi-detached house located in the resort, just 500 meters from the center of Barolo and 5.5 km from the center of La Morra. It offers a vacation rental opportunity with excellent location, right in the center but still quiet. The property features a yard, Internet WiFi, and parking facilities.

Unit Layout
You can expect a 3-room semi-detached house with 140 square meters of living space on the upper ground floor. The property features a bright, tasteful, and cozy interior design with a living room equipped with satellite TV and access to the garden. There is one double bedroom and one room with a French bed (140 cm). The open kitchen area includes an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table.

Amenities Included
The vacation rental offers several amenities to enhance your stay, including a terrace spanning 40 square meters with outdoor furniture, a portable barbecue, and four deck chairs. Additionally, you'll have access to underfloor heating, which is available from October 1st to April 30th. The floors are made of natural stone, and the property boasts panoramic views of the countryside and Castello di Barolo.

Other Information
For your convenience, the property provides a children's high chair, baby cot, and a hair dryer. Internet access is available via free WiFi throughout the premises. Please note that the vacation rental has a private entrance, ensuring your privacy during your stay.

Wonderful stay. Views were unbelievably gorgeous. Large living space and bath. Owners kept to themselves but were available when needed . Highly recommend.
