To help with visibility, motion-detecting lights and clear signage are installed throughout the space. However, this layout may not be ideal for guests with mobility challenges. HOT TUB POLICY – PLEASE READ BEFORE USE
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please follow these important rules:

Rules

- No children under 14 in the hot tub without adult supervision.
- No glassware in or around the hot tub. Plastic cups are provided.
- Shower before entering to remove lotions, dirt, and body oils.
- Do not use the hot tub while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
- Do not add soaps, bath oils, or any foreign substances to the water.
- Do not sit, stand, or place objects on the hot tub cover.
- Always cover and latch the hot tub when not in use.
- Do not tamper with water level or filtration settings.

Cleaning & Damage Fees

- A $350 deep cleaning fee may apply if the hot tub requires draining and rebalancing due to misuse.
Additional charges may apply for damage to the hot tub or its cover.

Maintenance Audits

- Random audits may be conducted by our maintenance team to ensure the hot tub remains clean and functional.
These visits are brief and respectful of your privacy.

- Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.
- By using the hot tub, you accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, or incident.
- The property owner and management are not liable for accidents or misuse.

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect and the location couldn’t have been better. Close to every winery we love to visit. Plenty of things to do and bars and wineries within walking distance from the house!
