There are also numerous family attractions such as Exmoor Zoo, Combe Martin Wildlife Park and National Trust Arlington Court, all within easy reach for enjoyable days out. A visit to Exmoor, where you can walk miles across the rugged unspoilt moors (sometimes without seeing a soul), or a trip to pretty villages of Lynton and Lynmouth is another definite must during a stay at The Shippon.

The Shippon at Park View has been finished and furnished to an exceptional standard throughout, and comfortably sleeps 4 in two bedrooms. These include a wonderfully spacious master bedroom with king-sized bed and en-suite shower room, and a lovely twin room with two full size single beds, that is serviced by a family bathroom, with bath and shower overhead.

On the same floor, a spacious living room has been furnished in a contemporary style and features two stylish sofas, a large armchair along with a wall-mounted TV and Sony PlayStation. A lovely space to retreat together for relaxing evenings after days out exploring the local area. The kitchen has recently been fitted with white modern sleek units, and all your modern day appliances. These include an oven with hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. A handy utility cupboard in the hallway is home to a washing machine and other cleaning appliances. For dining, there is a large dining table and plenty of seating for 4 guests in the kitchen.

A fantastic feature of The Shippon at Park View Farm is the enclosed courtyard. It has the added benefit of its own private hot tub under cover, so you can relax away your stresses, whatever the weather. For outdoor dining, pretty solar lights along with outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ have been thoughtfully provided and has created a lovely space to make the most of the sunshine.

This family friendly property is ideal for those to relax in luxury accommodation with plenty do and see, all within a short drive away. The owners also include a beach pass which will give you free parking at Putsborough Sands Beach.
