Browse the local shops in Barnstaple (4.5 miles) and Bideford (5 miles), take a picturesque stroll around quaint Appledore (7 miles), or spend a beach day at Westward Ho! (7 miles), with the option of surfing and other water sports (part of the beach is dog-friendly year round). For family days out, head to The Big Sheep (7 miles) or the Milky Way Adventure Park (14 miles). Further afield, the beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe offer more opportunities for coastal days out (within 16 miles), and a jaunt or cycle along the paved Tarka Trail is always a delight.

Inside, the property is comfortable and cosy and has been carefully decorated to complement its character. The kitchen/diner is spacious and bright and has been decorated in a typical farmhouse style. The kitchen area contains an electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave, while the table is large enough to entertain. Outside, a large, lawned garden with garden furniture and a BBQ invites you to make the most of warm weather and enjoy the wonderful countryside views. Children will love meeting the resident chickens and lambs in the springtime, and dogs can make the most of the dedicated exercise field.
