"When I arrived the place looked clean and nice. When I went my room it was clean at the start till I started to notice roaches around the room and restroom. After a while I hung out in the lobby and pool area and noticed SEVERAL dozens of roaches. They were even in the bottom floor restroom as well. I had to ask several times for the staff to send someone to fix my light in the restroom. The light kept flickering and sometimes didn't turn on. They didnt fix the light for 2 days. Every staff member kept telling me different times of when breakfast started but never laid out when they said the food would be out. One day when I went down to the lobby breakfast was actually there and i went to get some cereal but the staff member that handled the food was really unprofessional, giving attitude telling me that breakfast was already over and arguing when i tried explaining the food is never out when they say it was. Half the outlets in my room also didn't work so i had to keep relocating the microwave to different outlets to be able to warm up some food. I didn't even stay there for my full reservation because of how bad the roaches and services was"

"I had a great stay at The Addison. I originally booked 5 nights but ended up only needing 4, and management was very helpful in accommodating that change, which I really appreciated. The breakfast offered a good variety each morning, and while the lobby shows some signs of the hotel’s age, it’s still very nice and welcoming. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful, and my room was cleaned daily. I’m especially grateful to the front desk for accommodating my last-minute request for a room closer to the lobby due to an injury—it made a big difference during my stay. Overall, I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again."

"The pictures that are posted are deceiving. The lobby is being renovated so it looks like the pictures. The rooms are horrible. My first room had bugs in the kitchenette, air conditioning unit was loud as if about to explode. And…Neighboring unit’s marajuana could smelled thru the vents. I was moved to a different room. Fridge was dirty. We saw a roach in the sink, the dishes were in the cabinet but dirty, no dish detergent. Hair on the floors. No broom. To top it off, no hot water!!! The water only got warm. Front desk told me to let it run 30-45 minutes before using it?!? To top it off, there was a strange man wandering n the parking lot asking for cigarettes as I was leaving one day. He appeared to be coming from the back of the property and was on his way out after asking me. Too much. In hind site, it may be best to look at reviews in other sites to see customer photos. "
