「Excellent facility 」

「Overall the experience was excellent. Really enjoyed the stay and made us feel at home. The Whatever/ Whenever team is amazing and they made our trip a memorable one. We wanted a quiet and relaxing holiday and we were pampered by all the Hotel staff. Every one of the staff were very friendly, always smiling and attending to our needs.」

「It was suppoused that the use of the spa for children under 12 were 10:30 to 17:30. However, a português familiy with two kids around 5 years entered the spa at 10:00 and started screaming and diving. So I could not relax and I left there quickly. I wonder why the receptionist allow them to enter. I cannot recommend this hotel. 」

「The property and staff were excellent, the breakfast had plenty of choice and everything was well presented and fresh. The room was clean and air, views from the balcony were excellent. However the bathroom has obviously been used for a disabled person previously and although very clean was in need to some TLC. On the way to the property there is a lot of development ongoing, but once inside this was not obtrusive. 」

「Estuvo todo muy bien salvo que el Spa estaba todo cerrado salvo la pileta, en pleno invierno, con días de frío y lluvia habíamos elegido justamente el lugar por la posibilidad de usarlo una pena, el resto todo muy bien, la unidad de 1 dormitorio en la cual nos alojamos excelente todo de muy buena calidad 」
