「The hotel was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The food and the service was mixed. Breakfast was amazing. Staff are friendly but one person in particular didn’t seem to give the same high level of service as others, and would automatically assume that we leave a tip (which is listed as optional). We had a few instances when requesting rides back to the hotel from the beach/dinner (an offered service) and the driver did not come (on 3 occasions we were told it would be 10-15 min and waited for 30-40 min before walking), but other than that we had no issues.
