"Excellent hotel in the heart of the riverfront district. The hotel is perfect and the neighborhood is wonderful. Downtown Chattanooga is clean and safe. There are families of visitors everywhere.

"Check in and check out procedures very easy. Beds extremely comfortable, plenty of sleeping options. Home very cozy, and location ideal. Everything was less than 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again :)"

"Adorable house and very clean. Bed was comfortable and hostess was very nice. The location of the house was quiet. The area is in a revitalize neighborhood which is coming along. I would definitely stay here again. "
"Check in info did not get sent to me on the day of check in. I did get an answer right away when I called and they sent it right over so we could get into the premises. The air conditioner was not turned on until 10am the following day so our first night they brought fans which blew all the huge dust clumps out from under the beds. I always wipe around my dogs food bowl when she finishes eating and that revealed a floor which certainly wasn’t mopped in some time… the paper towel was black. There were 3 televisions with only one remote operating. The gentleman that came to check the thermostat for the air stated the other remotes needed batteries. In their defense, everyone we came in contact with over the phone and in person was very nice and seemed to be doing everything they knew to do to get things up and running. It would just be nice if there had been some check list the day before we arrived after all we have to pay all fees in advance and would hope a good agency had all taken care of these issues. "The neighborhood is a combination of derelict houses, rehabbed homes and large brand-new homes. We felt safe and enjoyed walking our dogs in the Ridgedale Green Space just one house down. The bed was very comfortable and the open floor plan, as well as the updated bathroom and kitchen made our 4 nights ver pleasant. "
