Sehr schönes Zimmer, super zentral. Etwas schwierig war es mit den vielen Codes um die Türen zu öffnen. Auch unsere Nachbarn links und rechts hatten ihre Probleme damit. Schlussendlich habe ich es mit dem Schlüssel gemacht. Das ging dann prima. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen. Insgesamt hat es mir sehr gut gefallen und ich würde da gerne wieder hin gehen.

First off this isn’t really a hotel, but a collection of rooms in an apartment building. Somewhat normal for Europe but I feel it’s important to note in my review. The location was very convenient, in between the busy part of the city and the central station for the train. I had issues getting into the room as the instructions weren’t very clear, and then the phone number it said to call in case of issues was disconnected and did not work. I was able to get assistance texting the WhatsApp number after 10 minutes or so, but it was very stressful coming in alone at 8pm at night and swearing profusely from hauling my suitcase around. The room itself was fine for sleeping, but that’s about it. No bar soap was left for the bathroom sink, only a few samples of shampoo. The carpets were dirty and not well maintained. The TV was a collection of apps but none were logged in and I didn’t feel comfortable using my own Netflix etc. Overall it was fine for what I needed it for, but I’m glad this was just a stopover and not my lodging for multiple days.

Péssimo em tudo. Não nos atenderam no tel, Watch, ficamos na porta esperando horas até conseguir entrar, entramos por sorte em um quarto que nem sabíamos que era nosso. Vimos uma chave pendurada e entramos. Ninguém deu suporte. Ficamos lá 5 dias e ninguém da reserva apareceu ou ligou. Ar condicionado quebrado, colchão velho com buracos, chaves amassadas onde tinha que abrir a porta com jeito se não não abria. Barulho e mosquitos pq tivemos que dormir e de janelas abertas pela falta do ar.

perfect location, and excellent room

Came to Bari to see where my great grandmother was born and grew up. This place was great. great location. Loved that the shower was big enough. I have stayed at a few other hotels in Italy before visiting Bari and all were so tiny. It is nice to be able to move around in the shower lol. I would definitely stay at Suite & Chic again.

Correct mais hygiène pas au top, store qui ne ferme pas, pas mal de bruit autour de l'appartement. Très pratique pour sa position et la procédure d'accès sans passer par la réception.

We moesten op een andere locatie inchecken en daardoor nog 15 min naar het appartement lopen. Uiteindelijk wel duidelijke uitleg gekregen hoe in te checken. Hotel ziet er verouderd uit en buitenkant van gebouw was niet heel zichtbaar. Midden in het nieuwere stadsdeel. Alles goed op loopafstand te doen! Makkelijk contact te krijgen met personeel.

The place was good, in a central and good location, and comfortable with a mini fridge which was handy for storing baby milk and snacks. Check in was challenging and at one point we lost access to the room - took 10min to get hold of the company over the phone. Once in contact they manage to get us in ok.

Camera ampia così come da foto. La location è ottima, la reception sebbene decentrata, è sempre reperibile via whatsapp e telefono. Mancano alcune piccole comodità per rendere il soggiorno perfetto: una mensola per appoggiare i prodotti in bagno, un armadio più capiente, un tavolino fra le due poltrone. Not recommended

Check-in was very complicated, we couldnt enter the room since we got wrong data for entrance. There is no possibility to store luggage in the apartment, this needs to be brought to the office which is only open untill 1 pm. The room was dirty, we did not feel comfortable at all. During the night is was very loud.

Our stay was from 29th June - 6th July Accommodation was listed as "Suite&Chic", with a balcony & city view. It was room only. Very large bedroom with a Queen sized bed, in a large room. Separate bathroom , walk-in shower, sink, bidet & comfort height toilet We don't agree with the use of the word "Chic" as it wasn't. *Paint was peeling off the skirting board in a number of places. * No wardrobes, just a U shaped pole screwed to a chipboard cupboard. Clothing was therefore if full view on the bedroom * Air conditioning unit was was in the bedroom, With a drainage hose into a large plastic container, which we had to empty twice during our stay to prevent it over flowing. Stains of wooden flooring & skirting indicated that this had happened in the past * Walk-in Shower drained very slowly, leading to leaks onto wooden floor. Again evidence of historical leaks on flooring etc * Small fridge, ice box hadn't been defrosted. It also leaked on occasion. It was in main bedroom, on top a chipboard cupboard, with signs of historical leaks * Most storage units were chipboard, Largest on near bed has a shelf with a broken support * Balcony / City View; Highlighting this as a headline, INFERRED that we could have breakfast outside / drinks in evening, using the 2 chairs & a table. The problem was there weren't any glasses, cutlery or plates. * Both balcony doors were insecure. * No Reception on our block. We had to ring Confort Hotels * No Maid service durning our stay.

Escrementi nella doccia

Al mio arrivo, piatto doccia invaso di acque reflue ed escrementi. Nessuna assistenza sul posto. Avviso per telefono la responsabile, che senza neppure scusarsi propone sistemazioni alternative ad altri indirizzi, lasciando intendere che non provvederà a rimborsare la somma già pagata. Scandaloso e indegno di un paese come l’Italia.
