Barge-Driggs Hill Port

Property was well maintained overall. Staff was attentive and friendly. Hotel was in walking distance to downtown and great food options in close proximity. My husband and I had the basic king room with the pool view. Room size was small but enough for the both of us. Our overall experience was a 10/10

The Cove adult pool is under construction and the turned family pool into adult pools leave young children (under 18) forced to stay at the infant /toddler pool and making the experience very difficult for parents and children . What a wise of $15,000 ! Very disappointed that I was never notified or offered proper resolution to endure this unfortunately disappointing experience and ruined vacation.

The staff was rude. No matter where we went, from dining, to water park, to just overall staffers, we encountered sub-par service. The inattentiveness is un-real, constantly having to repeat yourself because the staff wants to "shoot the breeze" with each other while you try to get service. I couldn't believe it considering the cost to stay at this resort. The atmosphere is beautiful however the service leaves much to be desired. There is much opportunity for training and improvement. I didn't feel like a valued guest.
