The property features three ramps for easy access: one at the main entrance, one leading to the master bedroom, and another providing access to the third-floor bedroom. Each ramp consists of approximately 10 steps.

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (for a fee).

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
