Magic. Walking into this apartment is just charming. It is warm and cozy, but cozy does not mean small. There are three bedrooms, 2 baths and more. The pictures are true, and maybe the apartment is even better than the pictures. The host is beyond accommodating. She was wonderful. The neighborhood is amazing, with a little grocery that is literally steps from the front door. This is the perfect place to stay.

We stayed for 3 days in June with our two young children (4 and 7) and had a fantastic stay. The porch with the small pool was amazing - my children loved it and I loved having coffees out there and reading my book. The apartment is nicely renovated with enough space for a family. One con is there is no a/c in the bedrooms, only the living room and the hallway. We slept with the bedroom doors open and it was still quite warm. I would recommend standing fans in each of the rooms to help the AC flow into there better. The bedrooms also do not have natural light - which could be a pro or a con depending on your sleeping in preferences! Building was great and the neighborhood (bottom part of Gracia) was PERFECTION. We loved walking down the boulevard with our kids and playing on the many playgrounds that lined it. Also not an area with a million tourists like in the Gothic Quarter. We had a small issue with our AC during our stay and Ken came out right away to help address it. Great, friendly host.

Perfect location for walking Barcelona. The apartment was clean and well stocked, and the washer/dryer was a bonus. This was a wonderful home base on our trip. Highly recommended.
