Wonderful stay- Mok and Rolf very responsive hosts. It’s a beautiful home with lush gardens, refreshing pools, a vineyard and gorgeous views to the Mediterranean- Easy walk to a delightful town and easy bus ride to Barcelona

We loved it !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa situé dans un cadre très naturel mais à la fois proche de Barcelone. Des voisins très sympathiques, un champ avec des animaux juste à côté de la maison, un joli lac et beaucoup d'espace. Entrée et sortie de la location très simple et rapide. Tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur, on a manqué de rien. Merci encore pour ce séjour :)

Fabulous home close to Barcelona but out of the ‘rat race’

We had an amazing stay here in Alella. Recommend it to families needing space for kids to have time in pool and relax. Half an hour to Barcelona using the local bus which is express and very efficient. It’s about 25 min walk to the station with kids in tow! Maybe quicker without. Mok is a great host so helpful and always responsive to your needs. Thanks for making our time in Barcelona wonderful!

The property exceeded our expectations. We loved the gardens and the home was well equipped for us.

This is truly a special place. The property is tranquil and convenient. We loved that it was close to amenities such as Alella, and Barcelona was a short train ride away. Close to the city yet we felt we were in a rural area. The house is spacious and serene, just as the pictures illustrate. We could walk to a food shop in less than five minutes. The town provides many restaurant options which are close enough to walk to. Be sure to stop in at La Taberna de la Companyia D’alella. It’s a fabulous wine lounge that you should see. Our host Mok was very helpful and sharing of local information and history. We hope to return someday!!

Traumhafte Location

Das Haus ist genial, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll, die Umgebung eine Idylle. Wir waren zu neunt hier (zwei Familien) und hatten genügend Platz und in den Schlafbereichen Privatsphäre. Die Lage des Anwesens ist in idealer Entfernung zu Barcelona. Mok & Rolf sind zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Otto, der Haushund, und die beiden Esel sind sehr süß und runden das Bild der perfekten Idylle ab. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und können uns sehr gut vorstellen, wiederzukommen.

Great house and location

We stayed at this villa while visiting Barcelona and southern France. Beautiful views of neighboring castles and the Mediterranean. Easy access to commuter rail serving Barcelona and downtown Alella. Close to bakeries and restaurants in Alella.

Amazing location, beautiful farmhouse and great hosts

The location of the house is just breathtaking the view from every window is just amazing. The farmhouse is perfect, secure and well equipped. Alella is a really lovely village with lots of nice restaurants and bars, all very family friendly. Mok is a great host, very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some great recommendations. We have a great trip and will hopefully visit again in the future.

The Perfect Villa!

We celebrated my mothers 80th birthday in Spain. She wanted to go to Europe, so we chose Spain. After spending 4 fabulous days in Barcelona ( I could move there tomorrow ), we traveled only 25 minutes to the beautiful town of Alella. The views, the home, the location, the owners, the hiking, were all sensational. I could live here as well! Views- Castles, mountains, vineyards; all wonderful. Home- An updated 15th century farmhouse. It has all the bells and whistles. Plenty of room for up to 10 people with plenty of space. Location- Walk to a great town, wine bars, restaurants, friendly people, a local bakery, a farmers market. I could go on and on...........25 minutes to Barcelona and about the same by train. Also, convenient for day trips to other areas. No favorites. We liked them all and could have easily just stayed at the farmhouse, and that would have been fine. Owners- It was like having a private concierge. Any time we had a question or needed a recommendation, within seconds we would have a text WITH a link. They were AWESOME! Hiking-The property, which is about 30 acres, abuts National Forests with great trails and views. We really enjoyed this convenience. I wish we hiked more. We highly recommend this property. We could give it 10 stars, if we were able to.
