VERY clean room and bathrooms, kitchen, spotless, I was really impressed! Obviously after other people in the other rooms use them, not so clean, but be aware. The location is awesome, walkable to everything in the Eixample neighborhood and not far from the metro/buses. The only ding was the elevator stopped working once and we had to haul our suitcases up a few flight of stairs to get to the apartment. Communication with the host was very easy either on Expedia or on whatsapp. Be aware that a bit before your check-in day, they'll send you a link for you to pay the deposit online. I got the deposit back very quickly after our stay, no problem at all. I'd highly recommend this place

The location and room is great and comfortable. My room was close to the street and its busy throughout the whole day and night - so you can hear a lot. Other than that, the hotel was a great stay. If you're coming during the summer I 100% recommend paying extra for AC, it gets very hot.

The location of the apartment was very good, central to the city and restaurants. However, the communication from the property leading up to our stay was disappointing, they took time to respond to our inquiries leading up to our stay, they advertise they have washing machine and dryer but at the time it was broken and then communicated that you have to pay for the service. Cleanliness could have been better. Be aware of the late check in which is 4:00pm, for travellers that is hard to accommodate.

**Publicidad engañosa y falta de atención** "Aunque la ubicación es excelente, la experiencia fue muy decepcionante. La publicidad en la aplicación es engañosa: se listan servicios como aire acondicionado y lavadora como incluidos, pero exigen pagos extra (€10 y €15 respectivamente) para usarlos. Respecto al televisor, aunque finalmente lo arreglaron, nunca me notificaron y solo me enteré el último día. Además, la limpieza y los insumos fueron deficientes (baños sin papel y falta de shampoo). Sentí que el único objetivo es cobrar cargos adicionales. No lo recomiendo."
