Train station at 10' walking distance with direct departures every 8m to the centre of Barcelona arriving in only 30m.
At check-in we will ask for the tourist tax of 2 EURO per person per night.

Near the urbanisation, 500 metres away, on the N-II road, there is a petrol station, an Aldi supermarket, a Carrefour and other local shops such as meat and vegetables.
All the activities of the urbanisation are available for the guests.
There is a small grocery shop within the urbanisation.
No parties or events are allowed. Respect for community rules, no music, no loud voices from 22h pm to 9h am. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.
Pets are allowed with an extra charge.
The flat must be left tidy, dishes clean, rubbish in containers provided in the street for this purpose. In case of extreme dirtiness or disorder a penalty will be charged.
1 EURO PER PERSON PER NIGHT IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN FOR TOURIST TAXES AND ALL GUESTS MUST BE CHECKED IN.
The parking space is for small and medium sized vehicles.
An electronic key will be given in case of loss, 20 EURO in cash will be charged.
Only the owner of the reservation and the number of guests that appear in the reservation will be able to stay, previously registered through online check in.
Remember that as it is a private tourist flat, no hotel service is provided, so it will be delivered with the basic products as a courtesy (toilet paper, gel, detergent...) until the guest makes his first purchases.
- Once the check-in is done, the guest has 1 hour to present any complaint or inconformity due to lack of cleanliness, smells, humidity, etc., in order to apply the cancellation and refund of the reservation, after this time it is accepted that the guest is satisfied with the whole flat, especially with the cleaning, smells, humidity, furniture.
