The Space:

Pool Rules



1. Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Please respect quiet at all times.

2. Minors must always be accompanied.

3. No playing with balls, inflatables, or objects that disturb others.

4. No street shoes in the pool area.

5. No smoking; use an ashtray outside the pool.

6. Shower before entering; no soap or ice.

7. Dry off before using stairs, elevator, or parking.

8. Guest numbers are limited during peak times; must be accompanied.

9. No visible injuries allowed.

10. No pets, food, or glass containers.

11. No loudspeakers; respect neighbors.

12. All guests must follow these rules; violations may be reported to management.



Other Things to Note:

TOURIST TAX: Mandatory and imposed by the Catalan government of €6.88 per night. This is to be charged at the time of check-in to each guest aged 17 and above for a maximum of 7 nights.



LATE CHECK-IN:

For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: €40

For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: €60



EARLY CHECK-IN: (before 3pm) Subject to availability and there is a €40 early check-in fee. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies, and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 3pm).



LATE CHECK-OUT: (after 11am) Subject to availability. If you would like to have a late checkout, you need to inform us, and we will let you know if it's possible.
