The location was really good, and we got a balcony room with a beautiful terrace where we could hear the city and have a private outdoor space after dark, which was very lovely in the end of august heat. We were provided with slippers for the room, which was quite nice, and toiletries. The room had bodywash and shampoo, but didn't have handsoap by the sink or conditioner in the shower, and there was an old towel on the balcony and also hair on some of the towels. Overall it was fine.

Excellent location and wonderful reception staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Maria, who was absolutely amazing! The room was spacious and overall fine, although the mirror was dirty and the sheets didn’t smell very fresh. The sheet provided was extremely thin, and with the air conditioning the room became very cold. There should definitely be a light blanket available. The biggest problem was the TERRIBLE damp/sewage smell coming from the bathroom vent. It was so strong that it made us feel nauseous. We had to keep the bathroom door closed and even cover our noses with the sheet. Between the horrible smell and the cold, we barely slept—maybe one hour the entire night. Great location and exceptional staff, but management really needs to address the ventilation/sewage odor because it seriously affected our stay.

The location was perfect for our stay and we had no major issues with the room. There were a few stains on the comforter and it’s definitely an older hotel but the room was rather clean. The air conditioner was nice and check in and check out went smoothly. A lot of the reviews on Google are negative but we personally did not experience any issues.

All the staff were helpful and when we needed to change rooms, they offered an immediate solution. The check-in staff was very courteous and welcoming.The building is in a historic part of the city, so you can expect an old building**,** but the rooms are clean, although on the smaller side. It is within walking distance of all the important sightseeing spots and shops. There is a supermarket nearby and lots of food options.

Nice location, close to Metro, air conditioning very nice, perfect for a stay where beds amd good shower matter most (great water pressure). Rooms small so not a place if you are planning to spend time in the room/hotel. No coffee machine!

Great location and very easy check-in. Room was as described, clean and tidy with a comfy bed. Shower did not drain quickly enough, so ended up standing in inches of water showering. Staff were nice and friendly.
