Appartement bien situé, dans un immeuble bien entretenu et en bon état, proche des stations de métro, bien équipé (ustensiles de cuisine, capsule pour lave-vaisselle et lave-linge, éponge, un peu de produit vaisselle, draps et serviettes fournis) seul bémol la literie du canapé lit est à changer, très inconfortable. Donnant sur une rue calme très peu passante, seulement empruntée par quelques taxis, vélos et trottinettes. A recommander.

Amazing Location. Clean. Just ok on comfort

Self service check-in process lame Lack of good instructions to use appliances Clean and quiet The furniture was ok with the exception of sofa. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Schlüssel gehabt - konnten den Schlüssel im Türschloß nicht drehen - wir haben 1 Stunde von 22 h bis 23 h gewartet bis jemand vor Ort gekommen ist und uns fie Tür aufgesperrt hat. Die Wohnung war sauber, Geschirr leider nicht.

Great location

Excellent location in safe plaza beside market and lots of nice bars cafes and restaurants. 2 min walk to metro. Very well appointed modern interior. Lots of welcoming touches such as olives, chips, coffee as well as plentiful toiletries and linen. Lots of room for a family to relax.

The apartment was splendid. It is beautifully designed, well appointed. centrally placed. The quantity of bedding and towels was excellent, and the provision of kitchen tools and appliances more than adequate. A welcome pack of coffee, snacks and cleaning materials was much appreciated. That said, there were two problems Firstly, the electric induction hob came without instructions; it was only a few hours before leaving, tthat I found out enough how to boil some eggs. This negated the purpose of choosing an apartment rather than an hotel, which I had done for medical reasons. Secondly, the check-on process is seriously flawed. I was given a number to ring on arrival in order to find out how to check in. At first, the person who answered seemed not to know what I wanted; but eventually I was given a code for the outside door and told to check in on 'the machine'. Once inside, however, no machine was visible; only a tiny lobby with a lift and a flight of stairs. I called the number again and was told to use the machine. i was, in fact, unaware that the person I was calling was at a central office responsible for a number of apartment buildings and had evidently never visited this particular one. The machine was at the top of the stairs. It asked for a reservation number or a surname. I had an Expedia itinerary number but no reservation number, and my surname went unrecognised. It took another call to get a number. The process of checking in took more than half an hour.

It is conveniently located and right across the Sant Antoni market where you can buy most of the food items you can cook in your kitchen. Also at the lower level is LIDL supermarket. he location also gives you the feeling you are part of the local community.

Check in kiosk not working

Overall stay was nice, we just had problems to get the keys Kiosk was not working and we were waiting to get the keys some time. Also we paid local tax to the person when he gave us the keys, but later someone else emailed me to pay it again.

Good: cool area close to the center of Barcelona. Very large and cool apartment suites to families Bad: Checkin process is unclear and the fact that I wanted a high floor apartment and early check-in couldn't be done. kind of you will get what they want no impact on the process like in a regular hotel which has face to face check-in

Location good near to shops, market and Las Ramblas only 15 minute walk away. Amenities and cleanliness highly rated. Our apartment on 4th floor overlooked a very pleasant and peaceful square. Only drawback was arrangement for booking in- had to go to their offices to sort out access to property

Party of 10 rented two apartments at MH Center apartments last week of August 2019. Very clean apartments. Prompt customer service. Conveniently located 15 minutes walk from La Rambla area. Across the road there is a grocery shop `Liedl` open 6 days a week. Following amenities were in the apartment i.e. Iron and board, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, electronic safe, pots, pans and cutlery, coffee maker, full serving kitchen. All in all great property secure and clean, would rent it again for sure.
