I enjoyed my time at hey Lola, good location, close to metro and bus stops. Cute tapas bar right next to it. Clean rooms, friendly staff. definitely less social than other hostels but that is the guests choice not the hostels.

I just loved it. They are so nice, the room, baths, kitchen areas were always clean and well taken care of. The bed for me was comfortable and being a Solo Traveler I felt always safe. The place is close to places to ear, metro starion and bus stop, places to do groceries and even I didn't participate they have a group.where tjey are always doing fun stuff for the people staying there. I definitely recommend them and I would be staying again soon.

Super helpful and friendly staff. It was my first hostel experience ever so I'm thankful to have chosen this one. It's a good spot to be based in. The bathrooms can be a bit more updated, but it's a minor quibble.

It's okay for one night

The location was okay. It's quite close to the bus stops and metro station. The bathroom was not very clean. I was not able to sleep properly because of the other guests in my room who were very noisy at 2:30am. I think this hostel is more popular for younger people in their early 20s who are up for party.

Staff do a great job keeping this property clean. Never was the bathroom dirty. The property has a nice rooftop patio, kitchen/lounge area and is next door to many restaurants and transportation. The only critizim I have is that the all-female dorm room is tight on space. There isn't anywhere to put your bag while sorting through your things (no side table, desk, chair, etc), unless you have a bottom bunk you'll need to sort your things on the floor. If you're a light sleeper, at night there is street noise from the restaurants below and some of the bunkbeds creek. Overall, for the price this is a good value and I enjoyed my stay.

First time staying at a hostel and I was not disappointed. Depening who you are bunked up with can make a difference, but it felt like a safe environment and made friends for the weekend. I would have liked it if each bed was equipped with a towel upon arrival, and perhaps a hair dryer in the washroom for all to use, and a stronger AC unit. But aside from that I never had to wait to use the showers, exterior noise was minimum, staff were friendly and helpful, and a short walk to wherever you wanted to go (and also the electric bikes). I would stay again one day👍

I stayed here for 5 nights because it is a fraction of the price of a hotel and I was traveling solo this trip so I went for it. The bed was comfortable. There is a black out curtain for privacy. The street outside is loud and people in my room were coming and going at odd hours but everyone was respectful and trying to be quiet. I had a problem with my locker being broken and it was fixed after a couple days. I overheard others share they had locker issues as well. I got a very good bundle deal on the room (about half the listed price) because I bundled it with my flight purchase. I am very happy with the price.

Right in the middle of the fray if that’s where you want to be. Don’t expect to get any sleep until the very wee hours without ear plugs due to the bars and restaurants directly across from and below the rooms. Reception was a bit tense. No tour. No run down just figured it out myself. Gave me the wrong directions to the room which was on a different floor. Overall clean and updated with a large multipurpose room. Luggage hold for 24 hours after checkout is helpful. Privacy curtain is for both bunks so it is not completely up to you to be enclosed or not if your bottom or top neighbor has it closed. Location is decently close to the beach and other local attractions.

although the location was very convenient and close to the metro, I stayed 3 nights. I couldn't get any rest. I was next to the kitchen, it was very noisy, loud music, they had gatherings past 11pm, close to 12am. They have a WhatsApp group that meets every night, although it might be fun, but not everyone participates. I was tired but, I couldn't sleep until the gathering was done and they close the kitchen at 12am. I ended moving to other hostel
