まずロケーションが最高です。スタッフの対応にはプロ意識の高さと仕事への情熱を感じました。朝食は全てにおいて突出しています。バルセロナにまた来る機械があればまた是非利用したいホテルです。

カタルーニャ広場から徒歩7,8分の距離にあり、建物は比較的新しい。部屋も静かで、スタッフの方もフレンドリーでよかった。ただし近くに系列ホテルがあり、間違いやすい。

すべてが素晴らしいホテル！

次も必ず泊まりたい素晴らしいホテル！チェックインの時から滞在中の対応も含めてホテルのスタッフはとても親切で急な相談にも快く応じてくれました。また、部屋は非常に洗練されたデザインの快適な作りで広さも十分、アメニティも充実しており何かを忘れても困ることはまずありません。周囲に飲食店も多く、観光にも便利な立地にありとても利便性も高いです。なにより朝食が素晴らしい！周囲に美味しいお店も多いのですが1日はホテルでの朝食をお勧めします。とにかくすべてが素晴らしいホテルでした！！！

便利

受付の方の対応がとても良い。カタルーニャ広場へのアクセスも徒歩圏内で、観光もなにかと便利です。ただ、部屋が狭いのが難点。鏡をたくさん置くなどして、広く見せる工夫はしているようでした。ミニバーは全て有料です。

ホテルの方は皆さん親切で、非常に快適に過ごせました。初日はダブルベッドの部屋しか空いておらず、希望を聞かれたのでツインにしてほしいと言ったら、翌日は用意してくれ、対応も良かったです。残念だったのは、二人で5泊したのですが、グラスを一つ使うと翌日の補充は無しで、残ったもう一つを使って初めて補充を一つされるという感じでした。何も言わずとも揃えてくれる日本のホテルとは違うな、という感じでしたが、言えばやってくれる言わなければ必要最低限なのだと理解しました。私たちはグラスは一人しか使わなかったので、問題はありませんでした。全てに笑顔で対応してくれ、人当たりの良いスタッフの方々にはとても感謝しています。

Beautiful hotel. Room was comfy and we had plenty of room. Comfortable beds. Complimentary Cava. Rooftop bar and pool is amazing! Had a wonderful time. Staff was very helpful. Highly recommend and would stay again.

What a fun vacation, and the hotel was a huge part of it! We got a balcony view of the cathedral that was excellent, and breakfast included - the breakfasts were spectacular! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the bed was comfy and the room quiet, the showers were hot and rain shower heads, the terrace was a beautiful place to relax after a busy day. What's not to love! Thank you!

Location was excellent, just a few steps to the Cathedral of Barcelona, and easy walking distance to Las Ramblas and Plaça Catalunya. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, and the view from the rooftop terrace was incredible.

Wonderful place to stay in Barcelona. Clean and nice room. Nice view from roof top. I consider the best area to stay in this city. Close to nice restaurantes, cafe, groceries… we walk everywhere.

The roof top bar was nice but has very limited gluten free items. We arrived very early in the morning and so the hotel held our luggage. Check in was 3PM and they made us wait until 2:30 PM. We didn't request a particular type of room. We were sitting in the Lobby and watched the Front Desk staff give out rooms to other visitors that came in after us. When we approached the desk they said our room would be ready in 10 minutes after 40 minutes went by we still had no room. They said the delay was because our reservation said 2 twin beds but that is not what it said. Front Desk not very friendly at all toward us. Maybe they just dont like Americans

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very helpful. The room and bathrooms were well appointed and the restaurant and breakfast were excellent. The only thing missing were some hooks in the bathroom for towels or robes.

Albert & his co pilot at the front desk were excellent The restaurant & pool staff were as well Great small hotel where they work hard to cater to your needs! Very much enjoyed

Staff are exceptional. Throughout our stay from a lovely welcome, very helpful advice and also attentive to a potential delay we had with a booked cruise arrangement. They were outstanding.
