まずロケーションが最高です。スタッフの対応にはプロ意識の高さと仕事への情熱を感じました。朝食は全てにおいて突出しています。バルセロナにまた来る機械があればまた是非利用したいホテルです。

カタルーニャ広場から徒歩7,8分の距離にあり、建物は比較的新しい。部屋も静かで、スタッフの方もフレンドリーでよかった。ただし近くに系列ホテルがあり、間違いやすい。

すべてが素晴らしいホテル！

次も必ず泊まりたい素晴らしいホテル！チェックインの時から滞在中の対応も含めてホテルのスタッフはとても親切で急な相談にも快く応じてくれました。また、部屋は非常に洗練されたデザインの快適な作りで広さも十分、アメニティも充実しており何かを忘れても困ることはまずありません。周囲に飲食店も多く、観光にも便利な立地にありとても利便性も高いです。なにより朝食が素晴らしい！周囲に美味しいお店も多いのですが1日はホテルでの朝食をお勧めします。とにかくすべてが素晴らしいホテルでした！！！

便利

受付の方の対応がとても良い。カタルーニャ広場へのアクセスも徒歩圏内で、観光もなにかと便利です。ただ、部屋が狭いのが難点。鏡をたくさん置くなどして、広く見せる工夫はしているようでした。ミニバーは全て有料です。

ホテルの方は皆さん親切で、非常に快適に過ごせました。初日はダブルベッドの部屋しか空いておらず、希望を聞かれたのでツインにしてほしいと言ったら、翌日は用意してくれ、対応も良かったです。残念だったのは、二人で5泊したのですが、グラスを一つ使うと翌日の補充は無しで、残ったもう一つを使って初めて補充を一つされるという感じでした。何も言わずとも揃えてくれる日本のホテルとは違うな、という感じでしたが、言えばやってくれる言わなければ必要最低限なのだと理解しました。私たちはグラスは一人しか使わなかったので、問題はありませんでした。全てに笑顔で対応してくれ、人当たりの良いスタッフの方々にはとても感謝しています。

The hotel is perfectly located, with amazing rooms that you can see the Barcelona cathedral that's right down the street. Also, many shops, restaurants, and cafes all within walking distance. We loved our stay here!

Loved this hotel. It was in a great location in the Old Town right down the street from the Catedral. Awesome breakfast and overall terrific service and extras. Really great rooftop bar/restaurant with a pool and views views views! Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel. Awesome, helpful front desk staff especially, Albert Nice rooftop restaurant and lounge, with great city views. Walking distance to main attractions and 15 minutes to the sea.

From the moment I arrived, to the time I checked out, the front desk staff at H10 Madison were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner staff made a point to remember who you were and remembered your beverage of choice. The overall location was perfect for me. I really enjoyed the roof top view of both the Barcelona Cathedral and the La Sagrada Familia.
