We welcome you to the elegant and comfortable triplex apartment in Gràcia with pool and terrace, near the Sagrada Familia! This incredible apartment has approximately 70 m² and a large solarium of 35 m². It is located in a building with a lift (attic) and offers the option of private parking for €30 /day. In addition, you can enjoy a beautiful garden and a refreshing community pool. The apartment is conveniently located close to public transport, with the Joanic metro station (L 4) within walking distance.

This apartment in Gràcia with pool and terrace near the Sagrada Familia is an elegant and comfortable triplex, divided into three levels that give dynamism and modernity to the whole complex. The first level is intended to accommodate the common areas, which include a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The second level is intended to house the rest areas, with two comfortable double rooms. One of the rooms has a double bed and access to the terrace, while the other room has two single beds and also access to the same terrace. A bathroom with a bathtub is located next to these rooms. On the third level, you can enjoy a large terrace where you can relax, sunbathe or enjoy a drink. It is an optimal place for eloquent evenings. In addition, the apartment has a large outdoor pool where you can spend memorable days or simply relax.

-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Arrival after hours:

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
