A bright apartment for up to 4 guests with spectacular city views in the heart of Sants, ideal for couples, families, or business trips to the Fira de Barcelona.
It is very well connected by metro and bus to the city center and the Fira, in an authentic neighborhood with its own vibrant atmosphere and all amenities within walking distance.

The apartment features air conditioning, heating, a TV, and free 500 Mbps symmetrical Wi-Fi.

We provide bed linens, one towel set per guest (bath towel and hand towel), and basic toiletries.

The apartment is on the ninth floor of a residential building with an elevator.
Nearest metro station: Plaça de Sants (L1, L5).
Within minutes by public transportation or on foot, you can reach Plaça d’Espanya, the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, the MNAC (National Art Museum of Catalonia), the Poble Espanyol, and the green spaces of Montjuïc. Sants is one of the city’s most authentic neighborhoods, featuring traditional restaurants, tapas bars, local shops, and the Mercat de Sants. Sants Station (high-speed, national, and international trains) is nearby.

A baby cot and a high chair or booster seat can be provided free of charge upon request, subject to availability.

This accommodations are located in a residential building and is suitable for families or groups of adults aged 30 or older.

Please note: the apartment is on the 9th floor of a building with a single elevator. If the elevator is unavailable for any reason, you’ll need to use the stairs. Please keep this in mind, especially if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, children, or have limited mobility.

According to local regulations, all guests must present a valid ID (DNI or passport) for guest registration.

A €300 deposit is required via credit card upon arrival (not applicable to Airbnb reservations). The deposit will be refunded to the same card within 7 days after check-out, following an inspection of the apartment.

The following charges may be deducted from the deposit: lost or unreturned key set, €100; stained (sunscreen, makeup, shoe soles, discoloration) or damaged bed linens or towels, €15 each; smoking inside the apartment, €150 for extra cleaning and deodorization; an additional hour of special cleaning due to the condition in which the apartment is left, €17 + VAT (21%).

For Airbnb reservations, any of these charges, as well as damage and penalties, will be claimed through Airbnb’s AirCover.

Tourist tax not included: it must be paid at the rate applicable at the time of check-in. It applies per guest (aged 17 and older) and per night, with a maximum charge of seven nights. The current rate is €10.45 (the amount may change at any time in accordance with local regulations).

Late check-in fee: €30 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.; €50 from 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. This fee is charged directly to the person checking in and is never deducted from the security deposit.

Pets and parties are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors’ quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Very important: only the guests listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment. Overnight stays by anyone else constitute a very serious violation and may result in significant penalties. Daytime visitors must obtain prior authorization from Opening Doors and must leave by 10:00 PM.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Turn off the lights and air conditioning when you are not at home. We kindly ask you to avoid waste and use electricity, water, and gas responsibly. Excessive consumption may result in deductions from the security deposit.

Before leaving, please dispose of your trash in the bins outside the building and place your dishes in the dishwasher.

Please note that a Short-Term Rental Agreement, detailing the terms summarized here, must be signed via the online check-in form before your stay.
