The property was exactly as advertised on VRBO. It was as if the pictures on the Internet were taken five minutes before we arrived. Everything was very accurate. The neighborhood is full of markets and grocery stores, so it was very easy to purchase things we wanted during our stay. If there was anything that we needed, we would simply message our host and she would reply very promptly. The apartment was located very close to a metro stop, which is easy to navigate. The maps app on my phone or Google maps would tell you what number train to take and where to train stations if necessary. That made it easy to get around. One of the plusses of the apartment was that it had a washing machine. We did our laundry there without any problems. The apartment was well equipped if you wanted to cook a meal which we did several times for breakfast. The location of the apartment is on a busy street so there is some traffic noise late in the afternoon and early morning. Closing the windows when we went to bed same to help with the noise issue. I hope whoever is reading this review will have as good as stay as we did.

Nous avons passé quelques jours sur Barcelone pour le réveillon de la saint sylvestre, excellent. L'appartement de Mariona est parfait pour 2 ou 3. Emplacement à proximité des commerces, des transports en commun tout en étant au calme. We stayed in this apartment overnight before our trip home to the states. It was clean and comfortable and communication with the apartment manager was really good. It is located in a quieter neighborhood, close to high-end designer stores if that is what you are looking for. You were able to walk to the supermarket and carry our groceries home for a quiet evening meal. Good value and would consider again.

The flat is situated close to public transport, but an easy walk to Park Guell and the lovely architecture, great restaurants and vibrant neighborhood of Gracia. I had a little bit of difficulty with communication in the few hours before checkin due to delayed flight, my email responses not going through, Uber from the airport not being reliable, etc. I understand that it all needs to go through Booking/VRBO (rather than WhatsApp/text), so just be sure to be on their site to respond (and check emails for responses frequently). Once we arrived, checkin was a breeze. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The property was well located with easy accessibility to Metro. I suggest that the owner provide basic condiments for cooking (oil/vinegar) including some basics, (coffee/tea) and a possible welcome package of cookies/ muffins etc. Additional toilet paper rolls should also be provided. For short stays, guests do not want to be shopping for basic needs. For seasoned travellers, these contributions by the property owner are most welcome. The unit was otherwise most comfortable.

It was the best decision to book this appartment. For us, the place was just right. We were two adults (mother and daughter), one bedroom for each. Bathroom seems to be new, the house is clean and in a beautiful environment. Tram station is very near by, so it was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to. The contact with Mariona was easy and pleasent. THANK YOU We can highly recommend the appartment!

Déjà bcp de problèmes avec messagerie du site et ne pouvais pas communiquer et changer ma réservation de 3 à 5 pers. Quand elle a su que nous étions 5 car on ne compter pas la voler [personne ne s est caché à l arrivé). Elle m a harcelé pour payer le supplément en urgence en comptant 6 personnes alors que nous etions 5. Dont 65€ pour menage pour 2 personnes en plus et après ça demande 36€ en espece pour parking. La personne comptée en plus ça lui fera le parking surtout que suite à un accident au levé un d entre nous est tombé dans petite chambre et c'est ouvert le crane sur la table de nuit départ en urgence à l hôpital et elle, elle pense que à c est 36€ . Surtout que chambre parentale lit taché de sang cheveux draps pas changés

You are not in the hectic hub of Barcelona activity, which is a bonus to me. This is more of a neighborhood place, with everything you need within a block: bakery, meat and cheese market, a place to grab a beer. The apartment is comfortable! We had the space we needed, and there is a well equipped kitchen, clean and modern bathroom, cozy living space, and comfortable beds. Thank goodness for the air conditioner and the fans because it was WARM while we visited in early September. Everything you want to explore is accessible by metro or walking. I recommend this place.

I got in Barcelona late and was gone by noon the next day. The host was kind and had someone there at the property to greet me and was very kind to show me around . The accommodations were nice, and the owner met me once I was to leave. This was a clean and spacious place to stay.

Very kind host! Although we couldn't communicate to tell her we're late, she waited for us almost for two hours. It is perfectly decorated and clean. All amenities are available. I highly recommand.

Fuimos a pasar cuatro días una familia de 4 personas y estuvimos realmente cómodos. El apartamento es tal y como aparece en el anuncio aunque con un detalle que lo mejora, en lugar de bañera hay una ducha muy amplia y cómoda. Una persona de nuestra familia tenía una pierna escayolada y utilizaba silla de ruedas y el apartamento resultó cómodo y práctico, la plaza de aparcamiento con ascensor desde el garaje facilitó mucho las cosas. En los alrededores hay todo tipo de establecimientos: supermercados, panaderías... Está muy bien equipado y la estancia resultó muy agradable. El trato con la propietaria fue también impecable.

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens) was very comfortable in this well laid out and equipped apartment. Location was awesome, near metro, Park Guell, shops and dining. Highly recommended. Host was friendly and very helpful!
