House rules:

In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Quite enjoyable experience.

Comfortable apartment in a great location!

Great experience at this property, setup was perfect for our needs and exactly as described in listing and pictures. Lots of great restaurants nearby in all directions, with easy walking access to almost every part of the city without being in the middle of the touristy areas of Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in a convenient location

We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. The apartment was conveniently located to all the sites we visited. Every location we wanted to visit was always a short 15 walk away. The apartment was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults (2 couples).

A very Pleasant place to stay

The check in was very easy. Joanna allowed us to store our luggage several hours before check in other wise we would have been just sitting there for several hours on it until the regular check in. The apartment was beautiful and the location was perfect.

Great location, and the only VRBO in Barcelona without twin beds!

The unit was spacious, though a bit run down. It was clean and everything worked well. The neighborhood felt very safe and we could walk everywhere we wanted to see.

Perfect Spot for 2 Couples

The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable and it was conveniently located without being in the noisy Las Ramblas neighborhood. It was not easy to find a 2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms but this fit the bill perfectly for our group. There is a coffee shop next door and a small grocery store a block away plus several restaurants within an easy walk. I would stay here again if we get back to Barcelona in the future.

The condo was as indicated good space for two couples. Mariana was always available and helpful whenever we had a query, There is a Whisky Bar several buildings down that on occasion the noise can be quite loud from,otherwise the location is perfect to access everything.

Perfect apartment in terrific location in Barcelona/ just as described!

Very easy booking and check in. We arrived early and the hosts were very accommodating in storing our luggage. The kitchen and rooms had everything we needed. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was great! The entire apartment was spotless. The hosts even arranged a taxi for our departure day which we greatly appreciated. Location was central and very quiet. Would definitely recommend and book again!

This was our second time in this building, but in a differrent apartment. both operated by BCN Apartments. This one was as well maintained and kept as the first. So, simple and easy to work with them, and such a great location to walk to shops and restaurants.

We stayed in a spacious, comfortable, well-maintained apartment. The apartment management was in the same building and very attentive to our needs. The location was on a quiet street with a nice cafe right next door to our building entrance. A few meters past that is a whiskey bar with a 1920's vibe. It seemed that there is a restaurant on every corner, plus Las Ramblas, Barceloneta, the Gothic Quarter were all relatively near. For us, this property was an excellent location for our Barcelona visit.

We had missed our train from Valencia and unfortunately arrived later than we anticipated. Our host was accommodating, and access to the keys was easy. The apartment was luxurious, and we wishes we could stay longer to enjoy the comforts! We had easy access to all of the places we wanted to visit, and local dining was lovely! Thank you!

Spacious comfortable convenient

Two bed two bath apartment was large and comfortable for 4 adults with 2 large couches in living room. Convenient to metro and walkable to Sagrada Familia, Plaza Catalunya, Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas. Showers were less than desirable as water was not contained. As noted in another review, washcloths were not provided. Appreciated having the washing machine but be aware that wash and dry cycle takes 6 hours.

Great location and Quiet Stay

This was a great place to stay in Barcelona on a relatively quiet tree lined street. It is close walking distance to Plaza de Catalunya and many attractions, but not right in the middle of all of the tourists and the chaos that comes along with that. The windows are amazing at blocking out noise, with them closed you can hardly hear anything from the street below. The apartment has really high ceilings and is also well insulated so that we almost never heard noise from anyone above/below us either. The beds were foam mattresses, which are usually far to firm for me, but were soft enough to be quite comfortable. The management company was very good about communicating with us on our flight in and greeted us promptly upon arrival and also held our bags for us after checkout since we had a later train. Overall a great experience!

Stayed BCN Apartments 1st floor from 12-16 February 24, We we’re welcomed by a very nice man who explained all we needed to know about the well appointed and exceptionality clean two bedroom two bathroom apartment. Lovely comfortable huge double beds that were a dream after exhausting days out and about. This is a perfect safe place to stay for everything that you need to see in fabulous Barcelona. It really is a city that’s vibrant and beautiful and we absolutely loved it! Next to BCN apartments is the Onis café that we had breakfast at every day. The staff were so welcoming and friendly all food was delicious so don’t forget to visit! Just a hundred yards down the road next to a chemist is a friendly small store for your essentials (turn left leaving the apartments) I highly recommend this place to stay but remember you’re in a city full of young beautiful people and it’s noisy so I’m not going to tell you that you’ll not get disturbed at night you will,but then dead on the stroke of 2am as if by magic it stops! Thank you to the owners of BCN Apartments we had a very comfortable stay and would love to return.
