チェックインに時間がががる

到着するとフロントなしの普通のアパートで、入り口ドアにタッチパネル式のチックイン用？マシーンがありこれをパスしないと扉は一切あかないようなのですが壊れていて一切使えず、ホテルの人に電話して開けてもらいました。しかし、英語は全く流暢ではなく、何度も電話先で待たされました。国際電話になるので長くは電話を待ちたくないと説明しましたが、理解はできていないようでした。その後も機械から出てきたカードキーが自分たちの部屋の扉で一切反応しないなど部屋に入るまでかなり時間をさいてしまいました。部屋は写真の通りとても綺麗で、立地も良かったですがシャワーが１晩で壊れるなどトラブル続きで、がっかりしました。

Es fing gleich schlecht an. Um einzuchecken muss man in das Gebäude kommen, um an die checkin Maschine zu kommen. Die Eingangstüre war jedoch verschlossen, die Rezeption meldete sich nicht telefonisch. Im Apartment angekommen, ging das Chaos weiter. Die Duschtüre ließ sich nicht schliessen, sie war verkantet, die Griffe an den Türen fielen heraus, ebenso der Lichtschalter im Bad, das Licht in der Küche ging nicht, ein Griff am Küchenschrank hing mangels Schraube herunter, der Kühlschrank war defekt, es konnten keine Flaschen abgestellt werden, weil die Sperre abgebrochen war, die Wohnung für 6 Personen besaß nur ein Weinglas, ausser einem Brotmesser keine Küchenmesser, 5 Frühstücksteller, 5 Wassergläser usw. Aber das Schlimmste war, dass über uns, Pakistaner lebten, die 3 Tage lang bis zum frühen Morgen Party gemacht haben. Es ging teilweise um 15.15 h los bis 6.00 h morgens. Die nur telefonisch zu erreichende Rezeption war nach dem zweiten Telefonat nicht mehr erreichbar, als meine Nummer im Display erschien. Abhilfe wurde erst nach Tagen geschaffen, als die Pakistaner ausgezogen sind

Nice clean apartment

Nice clean apartment, plenty of space. The reception desk is unmanned, so you have to collect your room card from the machine in the reception. It is a 10-15 taxi ride from Barcelona Center. There are a couple of cafes, restaurants local to the apartment which are nice to sit and have a drink outside in the afternoon sun. All in all, happy with the apartment and location.

Nice size, modern apartment in a good location, metro station just around the corner. Garage is available if you have a rental car - finding a parking space on the street is next to impossible. The only minus was that the internet service was unreliable, I kept losing signal and couldn't get it in one of the bedrooms at all.

This is an apartment in a residential area. It is not at a walking distance of the main attractions but if you can figure out your way on the metro, then you’re fine. The metro is just around the corner. The check in was troublesome. I’d emailed the property we’d be early, they said no problem. Yet when we got there our reservation number didn’t work nor did my last name. A group of folks leaving let us in. Then finally the person in charge, who’d seen us said she’d “help us” check in. They charged us €25 for an early check in. Then I asked if we could checkout at 12 noon the next day, the person in charge said “sure, no problem”. Yet, the next day, their cleaning crew knocked on our door at 10:30am saying it was time to checkout. This scared my kids because my husband and I had walked out to grab some breakfast for the kids. In short, we checked out at 10:45am. We had never stayed at a place where they kick you out before checkout time is up. Rude service. We wouldn’t recommend this place. Even though it’s sort of nice and away from the hustle and bustle, their staff and management leave much to be desired.

Bien placé. Propre. Bien équipé... Mais 1h30 pour pouvoir entrer dans l'immeuble. Prob de code. INADMISSIBLE ! Nous avion prevu une visite qu'il a fallu annuler. Arrivee 17h davant l'immeuble....entrée vers 18h30 !!!! Aucune personne pour nous repondre et meme la standardiste d'expedia n'a pas reussi à resoudre le problème! DOMMAGE

Easy 100 yards walk to the metro and a couple of nice restaurants round the corner. Apartment clean and big enough for a family with 2 bathrooms.

When we arrived we were told that the room we reserved was not equipped to host all of us and that we would need to pay an extra fee for the room. We reserved the apartment for 4 adults and 2 kids and showed up to the location with 4 adults and two kids. We were charged about $60 extra for the room on the two separate days we stayed. Also, shuttle arrangements are free, the shuttle is not. If possible take the metro or you will spend about $40 to $70 each way using the “shuttle”

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, alles neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Die U-Bahn ist gleich um die Ecke, ein kleiner Supermarkt und der Bäcker gegenüber. Nur das Einchecken/Kartenübergabe am Automaten am ersten Tag hat erst beim 2. mal geklappt. Aber dann gab es keine Probleme mehr.

Prima appartement als je Barcelona wilt bezoeken. Het in-checken met behulp van de in-check box is zeer makkelijk. Wij hadden een twee kamer appartement met 2 aparte badkamers. Prima voorzieningen in de keuken. Wasmachine. afwasmachine, waterkoker, Senseo apparaat, magnetron, kookplaat, strijkijzer, voldoende servies en bestek. zeer compleet. Metro is om de hoek bij ziekenhuis, supermarkt en bakker aan de andere kant van de weg. Helaas geen afstandsbediening voor de tv's.

El area a 3 minutos del metro y a 15 caminando de la sagrada familia. Muy padre el departamento, bien equipado, moderno, limpio. La atencion muy buena x parte de Alba y la camarista. Todo super bien. Claro que lo recomendamos.

Très bon séjour

Le seul point négatif reste la mauvaise insonorisation de l'immeuble. Elle ne peut pas rattraper le manque de savoir vivre des locataires. Reste que des chaises en métal sur un sol dur n'est pas du tout une bonne idée. Le checkin automatique s'est très bien déroulé pour l'obtention de la carte d'accès. Bon débit Internet (fibre) dans problème de connexion. L'appartement était très agréable et la climatisation impeccable.

4 night family break.

Fantastic appartment, 3 bedrooms one ensuite and Family bathroom with hairdryer in each! . Fully equipped kitchen and balcony. Wi-Fi, immaculate throughout. Location perfect, metro 2 mins walk, Tour bus 10 mins walk and 4 supermarkets within 5 mins. Booked Flights, private transfers and appartment with Ebookers and they were excellent. We got exactly what we asked for and they promised.

Nice apartment but not without issues

The apartment was very well decored, clean and as described but it wasn’t without issues! We were never able to access the street door via the electronic system, we were luckily let in my local residents. We were overcharged for the hotel taxes, our party was two adults and two children and we appeared to be charged for four adults. The shutters for the living room and bedroom side were not working, plus the bedroom had no curtains so there was no privacy from the neighbouring windows. Some of the kitchen pans were not compatible with the induction cooker. The WiFi was intermittent and did not work in the evenings. Not good for us when trying to entertain two teenagers.

Problème à l'arrivée,pas d'accueil(personne pour vous aider et expliquer les démarches), des machines qui ne fonctionnent pas pour fournir les cartes donnant accès à la chambre,confort à revoir pour 4 personnes (canapé lit), ménage fait vers la fin du séjour. Je déconseille vivement.
