Location & cleanliness great! Apartment size & amenities great for 5! Habitat Apartment staff however, could not help us with the door lock app. After 4.5 hours in the stairwell, calling Habitat back after no callbacks, an agent was finally dispatched to get us in the unit. The most frustrating thing was the online instructions for the door lock app was wrong & the Habitat staff couldn’t resolve a VERY simple issue for us until the agent arrived. Look at the photo below. If you follow the instructions, you will be in the stairwell for 4.5 hrs as well. So BEWARE, on step 1, turn door “knob” to the RIGHT, not left. Very frustrating!!With all of that said, we would still stay here again for all the other positive reasons!! Aloha!!
