The apartment was fine. It has the charm of an older unit. It also had three bedrooms which was nice. Bathroom was good too. Overall the apartment was good. The area surrounding the apartment was OK in the daytime but really sketchy at night. I originally though that I was reserving a unit near the Sants train station so we could easily walk upon arrival and departure. Instead we were assigned a property near the Mercat Nau metro station, much further away. Coming home at night from that station felt unsafe. Leaving early morning at departure was also unsafe. Random men (looking like thugs) hanging around the benches near the ramp to the metro. I was with my wife and 2 daughters and we came back through that metro station late night after dinner 2 times. It's a long dark walk back to the property. The other issue is that there is bad cellular signal (for my USA roaming mobile) and the apartment WiFi does not reach the street. One night we stood there at 1:30AM waiting for someone to come out as the app to open the door would not work. Luckily they did. I would suggest some kind of a dial pad at the building entrance (at least for safety). Overall the unit itself was fine and we were comfortable but the area is not too good.

Everything was perfekt. The check should be improved. The keys were in a building which was 1 km away from the apartment which was quite trying. Other than that everything was perfect

⸻ La experiencia fue muy negativa. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue nula, nos dieron direcciones erroneas luego tuvimos que caminar a llegar a otro lugar. el lugar no era lo que parecía el aire acondicionado no enfriaba en fin no todo fue una buena experiencia.

Climatisation, balcon, lits confortables très appréciés. Facile de marcher jusqu’au transports en commun, magasins et restos. Propreté laisse à désirer, Toaster brisé, quelques tuiles du plancher à reparer. Nous n avons pas aimé le changement d adresse à la dernière minute.
