  • The apartment is located in the quiet heart of Barcelona, a 5-minute walk from Plaza Universitat and Plaza Catalunya. It is sunny, located on the 5th floor with an elevator, and features 4 bedrooms (3 double and 1 single), a living-dining room, 1 full bathroom, 1 half-bath, bedding, towels, flat-screen TVs in every room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The windows overlook a quiet inner courtyard with views of the city and Montjuïc Mountain. There are several points of interest near the apartment, such as the Boquería Market, Casa Batlló, and the Tívoli Theater, among others. The nearest airport is Barcelona-El Prat, located 12 km from Plaza Universitat. A bus stop for the Barceloneta beach is right in front of the building.
NOTE: There is an extra charge (per stay) for late-night check-in: €30—after 8:00 p.m.—or €45—after midnight—to be paid in cash upon arrival to the contact person.

Vacation family

Location is close to store. Only 1 shower room is inconvenient for 8 people to stay in an apartment. Towels were so old that you don’t want to use.
