I had an excellent experience at this hostel. It is very clean and there plenty of space. The volunteers that help around the hostel are very sociable and made the experience exceptional! They offer nightly dinners that everybody makes together. So much fun!!

Onky complaint is the walls are a little thin, but earplugs solved that problem. They serve dinner in the evening family style, where everyone helps prepare it together. I liked that, but they start much too late. Staff is great. Although you share bathroom facilities, there are plenty available so you don't have to wait.

Fim de semana de aventuras

Fiquei em um fim de semana de agosto. Hostel organizado, limpo, pessoas educadas. Utilizei o hostel como um ponto de apoio entre os pontos turisticos e momento de descanço. O hostel tem uma programaçao completa se quiser companhar. Só participei da visita na cidade velha.

En general bastante bien

Solamente fue una noche y seguramente muchas cosas no sean objetivas pero de primera impresión lo mejor fue la ubicación y los baños. La cama fue más cómoda de lo que pensaba. Sin embargo, la habitación estaba un poco mal aislada de la calle y entraba toda la luz y ruido, además de una constante vibración de las tuberías o algo que era molesto. En general, para el precio y teniendo en cuenta todo, muy bien.

Desde el momento que llegue me hicieron sentir como en casa. Todo su staff es muy amable y siempre me ayudaron aún más allá de lo que les pedía. Sus cuartos son cómodos y pude guardar mis pertenencias es los loquees que tienen en cada cuarto. Ofrecen muchos planes de integración todas las noches como tours por bares y lugares famosos de la ciudad. Agradecer también a Guadalupe que con su excelente servicio al cliente me ayudó a extender mi estadía por más días de los que tenía planeado. Definitivamente voy a volver

Me gusto que se respete la hora de dormir, que a las 23 hs se cierra la cocina. La temperatura de los ambientes fue adecuada. Las duchas buenas. Las camas cómodas. Poco baño para tantas personas y no estaban muy limpios, poco mantenimiento durante el día. Muy buena relación precio/calidad

Great Barcelona hostel

Great hostel experience in Barcelona near Arc de Triumph. Safe, friendly, inexpensive, great chance to meet other travelers at the nightly dinner gathering. There’s a Dia market across the street for breakfast and other foods, which you can prepare in the hostel kitchen.

Great hostel for meeting people!

The dinners with everybody helping out with the cooking was the best part about staying here! Great staff that was very welcoming! The hostel is walking distance for a lot of places to visit (just around the corner is Arco do Triunfo and, around another corner is Barcelona's old town. Also, the metro is a few blocks away; get the T10 metro pass which is ten rides for 10.20 euros or else single rides are 2 euros.

You will definitely make friends here!

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful! The hostel's collaboration with Spongelife (the company that does the walking tours, nights out, and dinners) made it the best social (not party) hostel I have ever stayed at (all the "partying" is done outside of the hostel). The only negatives are the 5% credit card fee (which was not mentioned in the details) and inconsistent water temperature in the showers.
