La Villa del Riccio is located in the heart of Chianti. From the windows it is possible to admire the Tuscan landscape, formed by green hills dotted with olive trees, flowering vineyards and centuries-old cypress trees. The meticulous and detailed restoration, with the aim of preserving as many of the original architectural elements, has led to recreating the ancient atmosphere of this noble house.
Independent villa with 13 beds.
The seventeenth century villa (about 500 square meters) is on two floors: on the ground floor there is a large kitchen and dining room, entrance hall, twin bedroom with bathroom with bath / shower, a guest bathroom , laundry, pantry and service room with en-suite bathroom with shower, cellar. On the first floor two lounges and 5 rooms: 3 double or twin rooms, one double and one single where a bed can be added. All have en-suite bathroom with shower. At the middle of the stairs there is a small office with fax, wifi internet and computer, telephone and safe.

Included in your stay:

A complimentary arrival dinner.
Daily housekeeping for two hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Additional Fees (to be settled in cash, prior to departure):

Heating: Metered consumption, payable at checkout.
Tourist Tax: €2 per person, per day.
Security Deposit:
A refundable deposit of €1,500 is required upon arrival. This will be returned before your departure, less any deduction for extra charges or damages.

Weddings & Events:

Wedding Party Fee: A fee of €2,000 to €4,000 (based on guest count) is required for any wedding event held at the villa. This is payable in cash upon arrival.
Civil Ceremonies: Please note that a separate fee is payable directly to the city hall for any civil wedding ceremony conducted on the premises.
Additional Services:

Private Chef: Available upon request.
Breakfast: Approximately €35 per person
Dinner: Approximately €60-€90 per person
