「The check-in was amazing - thank you for your warm welcome, Beverly! The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked great. We loved having the beach within a 3-4 minute walk from the property. 「We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. 「I did not get to stay at this property. At the time of booking they told me it was available in error and my booking will not actually be accommodated. I said I understood and waited for the refund to be returned to my credit card. It's been two weeks now and that has not been done and my emails to the property have gone unanswered. Orbitz support as well has not been very helpful.」
