"It is hard to put into words how great this family vacation was. The Villa Eleonora is better than the description used here on VRBO. We had 11 people, my wife and I and three children and their spouses, along with 4 grand children. The location was ideal in itself with beautiful open country in the foothills of Umbria. Day trips by train to Florence, Rome, and overnight to Venice were easily accessed from the train station in Peruvian, less than 30 minutes from the Villa.The Villa owner...

Plenty of space, comfortable beds, thoughtful host….we loved this spot. Todi was wonderful too - very few tourists and lots of places to eat. "We had a wonderful time at Villa Nova. The grounds were wonderful with a pool and a barbecue, many flowers and fresh herbs if you wish to cook. Giuseppe is a fabulous host and extremely helpful. He has a Villa Nuba gold card which gets you discounts at restaurants, tours, shopping and other things. All of the restaurants he recommended were fabulous. If you plan on going to Perugia I would 100% recommend staying at Villa Nuba!"

"Franca the host went above and beyond! She helped us every step of the way and checked in with us often to make sure we had everything we needed. We also had her prepare a meal for us and our extended family 20 people and it was our favorite meal of our trip ! Everything was so fresh and so wonderful ! Our family and guests will talk about it for years to come ! Thank you Franca for everything we loved it and hope to return again !"

The spectacular view at sunset, the serene location, the large deep pool, the soft comfortable beds and bedrooms, the air con, the host were all absolutely fantastic. 8 of us for a week in 36c heat and it was stunning. We had a terrific time exploring the local area and wider region. Gian (host) you did a great job. We look forward to coming back soon."

"Lovely hotel, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast choice make this an ideal base for a stay in Perugia. Wish we had taken a taxi from the airport as the airlink bus and metro were great but the lack of signage at the back of the hotel and the dreadful paths leading to it meant a poor start to the trip. However that said if ever we came to Perugia again we would most certainly stay at the hotel again. "
