All good

Room was fine, carpet needed better attention. Cigarette butt left as well as toenails! I was very delayed and had tried to call the hotel to ask re: late checkin. No reply. No reply to email or messages either. Very poor service. I was told I could not move the day upon arrival (despite free rooms…) and could have a late checkout at 2pm instead - although this was given begrudgingly! I then booked another night where they could not find the booking on their own site and I asked to leave a bag which was then left on the floor in reception. Disorganised, and I am very displeased considering the location and alleged star-rating. Breakfast was very good, however.
