Tim and Sharon are outstanding hosts who take great pride in this property. Clean, safe, and perfectly situated for Acadia National Park. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
What a beautiful and comfortable cabin for a peaceful week! We appreciated how well stocked the cabin was for cooking and relaxing, especially the incredibly comfy beds and jetted tub. The beach was also such a great spot for stargazing. Sharon and Tim were very welcoming and offered great local reccomendations - thank you for making this lovely property available for our trip!
What a great place from which to experience DownEast Maine. Close enough to many beautiful spots: Acadia Nat Park, Scoodic Peninsula, Bar Harbor and more. But also a quiet place to relax and enjoy lakeside living, campfires and the stars. Nicely furnished and exceptionally gracious hosts.
Wonderful property! The hosts have thought through every detail to make this stay a great experience. The cabin is beautiful inside and out. We felt right at home and took advantage of the fire pit and Kayaks during the stay. We appreciated the quick run through of the property with Tim and appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and games that were provided. 10/10 lake cabin experience. We spent most of our time in Acadia, which was a comfortable drive away. The cabin was fairly close to a small market and town for food and groceries. Great place!
What a wonderful place! The lodge was well appointed and the craftmanship of the cabin was amazing. We wanted for nothing. Tim and Sharon our hosts were kind and responsive. The lake was wonderful (a little bigger than i'm used to). It was so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the kayaks, the fire pit, and the comfortable beds. What a lovely time we had. Highly recommend
This is almost a brand new cabin on a beautiful large lake with a very quiet setting. Our four retired group had a great setup for exploring during the days and dining and cards at night.
Beautiful cabin and property! The cabin was well equipped and clean. Tim was a great host and was quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this home.
Tim was a wonderful host and answered any questions we had very promptly. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The s’mores kit was a nice touch. The area is very quiet with a gorgeous view of the lake! You won’t be disappointed renting this cabin.
We really enjoyed our stay at Pebblenook. It was beautiful, clean, fresh, convenient, and really great for our three kids. They enjoyed swimming and fishing and the house was gorgeous. Thank you!
This property is an absolute gem. We are very glad that we chose Pebble Nook for our trip to Maine. this property is well maintained, and the cabin was very clean and cozy.Sharon and Tim were very accommodating. Offering lots of useful information and recommendation to enhance our stay. The lake was gorgeous. Ellsworth was the perfect town to stay in as it was centrally located making all of our trips to different towns in the area less daunting. Ellsworth itself is a beautiful town filled with cute shops, great food, and plenty of outdoor activities. We are looking forward to our next trip. We would definitely rebook this cabin.
We had a wonderful stay at Pebblenook Lodge. The house was very comfortable for our family, and had everything we needed for cooking meals, etc. We loved the yard games, relaxing on the deck, s'mores at the firepit, and swimming and canoeing on the lake. It was a great home base for our adventures to Acadia and Schoodic. Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our week in the cabin on the lake. The cabin is super nice and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one would need to cook some super meals. There is a really nice Weber gas grill on the deck that we used almost every night. We loved the stay and plan to return.
The house is beautifully set on Graham lake and a short drive to Acadia National Park. The house was well equiped for any stay and was also well equiped for recreational activities on the water. The owners were responsive and were there for anything that was needed. Recommend the location and would definitely stay here again.
Our stay at Pebblenook Lodge was fantastic! The cabin was beautiful, immaculately taken care of, and so relaxing to stay in. Sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the rockers overlooking the lake was our favorite part of the day. It was fun to explore the lake in the kayaks, the water was very relaxing and refreshing on a hot day, and the raft to swim out to and jump off of was fun for the kids. It was very quiet and the stars at night were amazing! Bar Harbor and Acadia are not too far away, we really enjoyed the drive out there and ended up going out there almost every day. It was nice to come back to a quiet cabin after the craziness and crowds of Bar Harbor! We would highly recommend staying here!
Place was as described. Hosts were great. Our toaster broke and the next morning after speaking with the hosts a new one was on the porch waiting for us. They gave great recommendations for around town. We had a great time not only enjoying the lake and house but also adventuring around Acadia, Ellsworth and Mt. Desert Island. Definitely recommend staying here.
Wonderful hosts! Fabulous loghome on Graham Lake. Nearby yo Bat harbor and Acadia. Lots to do. Fully equipped very clean home. What more could you ask for?
We had a great time with our friends all week. Tim and Sharon were very welcoming, sincere great people.
We have all beef to a lot of destinations all over the world, and this is one of our favorites!
This was our first time in Maine and Pebblenook Lodge was the perfect place to stay! Not only was it super clean, but the ambience of the location by the lake and the log cabin interior was the best! Tim and Sharon are super hosts with their attention to every detail! They definitely set the bar high for other VRBO’s! We hope to return some day to this awesome property some day! Thank you Tim & Sharon!
We were looking for a place to relax from the Bar Harbor chaos. The Pebblenook was perfect for us. We had a pair of owls greet us each night at dusk. Loons called out from less than a 100 yards from shore. Tim and Sharon are amazing hosts and give great tip on where to eat and other places in Acadia. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks Tim and Sharon
Nicely appointed cabin in a fantastic setting. Situated right on the lake with great views of the water and the sunrise. The hosts are close by in the event they are needed and will come by and welcome guests personally. The cabin is clean, up-to-date and stocked with everything guests need. The 'extras' such as canoes, kayaks, yard games, fire pit, board games, streaming TV channels and the full deck with the Weber grill make it so guests never have to leave. If they want to, groceries and restaurants are only 10 minutes away. Highly recommend this rental.
VERY RELAXING WEEK. HOME WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELL STOCK. LOCATION WAS GREAT AND THE FAMILY REALLY ENJOYED THE LAKE. THE ONLY NOTE WE HAVE IS THAT THE BASEMENT IS NOT REALLY A SLEEPING AREA. MINOR FOR US AS WE WERE THREE ADULTS AND A CHILD. TIM WAS VERY PLEASANT. REALLY ENJOYED THE TRIP
This was our first visit to Maine. Pebblenook was a beautiful cabin on the banks of Graham Lake. House is nestled in woods about 200 yards off highway. Beautifully appointed cabin with highend appliances and comfortable furnishings. Located about 10 minutes above Ellsworth and about 45 minutes from Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park. We were able to make several road trips in every direction to see coastal towns and lighthouses. Host was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed to be comfortable.
