This newly renovated second floor unit located in building 2 boasts a stunning design with a sleek, modern aesthetic . It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room features gorgeous, cozy furniture including a sectional with a queen sleeper sofa and a large mounted flat screen tv to watch all your favorites shows and movies on! There is a full kitchen featuring everything you could need- from gorgeous stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, pots/pans/utensils/dishes, lots of storage space, and as an added bonus- stunning backsplash to admire. The dining room has a gorgeous table with seating for six. The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed, a tv, and an attached bathroom featuring a double vanity and a large shower. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress on top and a queen mattress on the bottom, this room also has a tv! Along with all the amazing features listed above- the unit also includes free Wi-Fi, a stacked washer and dryer, and you can't forget- breathtaking mountain views. This unit is located within walking distance to Sugar Slalom and Oma's Meadow for a ski-in, ski-out experience in the winter months. Guests and owners of Sugar Ski & Country Club also have access to our Clubhouse which features an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, restrooms/locker rooms, a fitness room, and vending machines for snacks and drinks. The property also has a tennis/pickleball court, outdoor grilling areas, a gazebo, and another gazebo featuring coin operated laundry (this one is located next to building 6). This gorgeous unit is the perfect retreat whether you're hitting the slopes in the winter, or soaking up the summer sun.

Great location for a ski trip! However the unit needs a good deep clean. Hair in shower drains. Cups and plates were dirty in cabinets and dishwasher was full of dishes upon arrival. Crumbs of food in corners of rooms and in sofa bed.
