- Welcome to Panoramic Paradise, a thoughtfully designed mountain retreat perched at 4,200 feet.
Inside, an open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas—perfect for gathering and unwinding. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase stunning long-range mountain views. The main-level primary suite features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find two additional king bedrooms and a full hall bath.
The lower level offers a second living area with a gas fireplace and arcade machine, along with two bedrooms—one with two queen-over-queen bunk beds and another with a king bed—sharing a full bathroom.
Step outside to the expansive deck, where you can sip your morning coffee as the sun rises over the mountains or wind down in the evening with a glass of wine as the sky fills with color. With sweeping views and fresh mountain air, it's the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and take in the beauty of your surroundings.
Additional Notes:
- The community of Elk Run is in a period of growth, and nearby lots are currently being developed. Construction noises may be heard between 7am-7pm.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- Guests can enjoy easy to access roads leading to and from the home however, AWD or 4WD vehicles may be required in the winter months or in times of inclement weather. Chains may also be necessary.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
