We came just to relax. The chalet is an older home with tons of upgrades. Item used in the kitchen and bathroom, are surprisingly provided. Kitchen is fully stocked. Take the time to build a fire in the fireplace or outside in the fire pit. Watch for the herd of deer that roam the property and neighborhood. They are beautiful and plentiful. We saw NO Bears. The view from the living room and deck are amazing! The entertainment room downstairs is great for watching movies and playing games. I was surprised that there is no entrance to the basement from inside the chalet. Outside furniture is nice and comfortable, have dinner under the stars, enjoy watching the sunrise over the mountains or sip a cup of coffee while you swing your troubles away. The king size bed is firm and the queen size bed is softer. Note for parents with small children the steps to the loft are very step. Overall we had a wonderful time and will be returning.
