Clean and great view

The townhouse was exactly as advertised. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Nice space for eating. The view from the porch is unreal. Indoor pool in sister neighborhood (5-10 min drive) is fun for the kids. If the weather is bad, I'm guessing 4 wheel drive may be necessary. Be sure to follow water / water heater instructions.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view from the balcony this place is really nice. It has everything you can ask for to spend time with the familly, nice rooms, nice kitchen, nice living room. All my family enjoyed the stay and want to go back soon.

We can’t wait to stay in this unit again! Check-in was a breeze, the unit was spotless and was beautifully appointed, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the views are endless. We felt so relaxed for our stay. Thank you! We’ll be back!

Great weekend getaway

Great 3 bedroom condo for our family. We didn't realize Echota on the ridge was a separate development from where we picked up the key. The pool was also in that other development, which was a little inconvenient. Otherwise, a great stay. Loved the fireplace and view.

Fun Family Time

We had a great time at Echota! This condo is comfortable and beautifully kept. It has a very well equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck early mornings. We are already looking forward to coming back.

Best VRBO yet

We have stayed at a number of VRBO rentals for our family vacations and this condo was the best by far. Location is great and view of Grandfather mountain is outstanding. Unit is updated and very clean with many nice decorator “extras”. Our family of 8 had plenty of room. The kitchen is well equipped- rated outstanding with everything you may need. The linens and number of towels more than exceeded our needs. We had an excellent stay with shopping in Boone, trout fishing in ponds and river, hike to beautiful water falls, and nightly visit to indoor pool and spa. I don’t hesitate to highly recommend a stay at this beautiful condo..

Perfection

From start to finish we had a perfect long weekend in the mountains. Easy check in/out. Communication with rental company was great. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Plenty of room. Family friendly. Decorated tastefully. All furniture SO comfortable. Kitchen had everything one needed to cook meals and even bake! Views were unparalleled. Mornings and evenings on balcony are majestic. Despite COVID restrictions pools were so enjoyable and everyone (staff and guests) were compliant with rules and social distancing. We felt very safe. Location is convenient to several towns, restaurants, hikes and activities BUT we were content staying on the mountain most of the weekend. We have no complaints what-so-ever. This was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed and we have stayed all over the world. . Absolutely perfect weekend. Will stay here again in the future and bring more friends and family fore sure. Stay here! You won’t regret it.

Beautiful

This condo was clean, beautiful and had a wonderful view of Grandfather Mountain. We ended most of our days sitting on the porch with a glass of wine, admiring the mountains, and breathing in the perfect 70 degree air. We cannot wait to return next year!
