Good, not great
Let me start with saying the best things first. Owner was very attentive and checking in though we were late getting there, was easy. Condo was older but functional for our two nights. It was close enough to get to the ASU game and back. Banner Elk has some great places to eat.
Concerns: the deck wasn’t cleaned so really couldn’t enjoy the porch. Was not told there was no air conditioning It would have been fine except it was still over 80 during the day. Several windows didn’t have screens so we couldn’t open those windows. Bedrooms were stuffy. They did have one box fan that I used in our master but kids didn’t even sleep under covers. Tap water was my biggest concern.i wanted to make tea and filled a pot up with water and it was cloudy. I washed the pot and refilled the pot and it was still cloudy. There was a film on the pot that was coming from the water. We used bottled water to brush our teeth and bottle water to make tea.Did not take showers because of that. Would stay there again if the water has been fixed. Also, the security deposit really is too much for the age of the house and furniture. showers for that reason.
