"I booked the incorrect property in an opposite direction that i was traveling and contacted the staff immediately after, but they refused the cancelation. My fault at first sure, but they should give a refund if you aren't staying there."

"The villa was nothing like what was shown on the Internet. It was filthy. They actually tried to give us an Airbnb on a back alleyway with dog feces in front of it. They told us the villa was being used by somebody else, even though we had rented it. We refused and asked them rectify the problem. ..."
