It gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally polite, respectful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The food deserves special mention — the restaurant serves absolutely amazing meals, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. We truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by everyone at the hotel. "Awful. No heating in the room dispite me upgrading to an executive room. No hot water. I do not recommend this hotel in the winter. I came home ill. For breakfast no juices whatsoever. Never again. I even complained to the general manager of the hotel. Apparently his email address doesn’t work."
