Ocean view from the deck was beautiful. Lots of room for our family to eat, move around and retire from the days activities. Parking was perfect. Proximity to beach was an easy walk. Far enough from town to relax, but close enough to run to the store for last minute ingredients. Kenny responded to my question promptly. We would recommend this location. Great for families.

The house and property are very clean and the ocean view is splendid. There was plenty of room for our group of 10 family members. The amenities include everything needed to make this the perfect getaway. We fished in the river, took walks on the beach and shopped and dined in Old Town Bandon. We did not visit the Bandon golf course, but it is easy access and is recognized as one of the very best courses in the western United States. We rate this property a five star!

Beautiful home and responsive owners

The house was super clean and comfortable. We had a minor issue and the owner responded right away and sent a handman over. We loved being able to walk to the beach and it was only a few minutes from town.

Bandon beach loop

Great stay in Bandon on Beach Loop. Good house for a family vacation. We brought our dog and walked to the beach each day. Internet and phones worked great, which was helpful for working remote.

We had a great time at this house. Location is a short walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful. You could see the beach from the outside porch which was nice in the morning in the evening. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Would highly recommend!

Dacha was a wonderful stay for our family — grandparents and a couple with three little kids. We loved having two living spaces to really have room during rainy time to play games & watch movies. Otherwise we walked to the public beach access easily and sat outside to enjoy the beautiful yard & firepit. Thanks for being accomdating to bring our pup. The kitchen is well equipped with a comfortable dining area and great quiet, comfy beds and toiletries in baths. Would love to come back sometime!

What a vrbo should be!

We all loved our too brief stay at The Dacha. Light, clean spacious and fresh, it has all the conveniences for a family group to sleep, eat and play coupled with a fabulous view and easy access to the beach. The huge backyard was great for Frisbee, soccer and letting the dog run for his ball

Spacious home with close access to the beach

Really appreciated all of the windows, especially those facing the ocean. Kitchen was stocked with all of our needed utensils. The gas fireplace in the living room added a nice rustic feeling. The interior spaces were nicely decorated. The only disappointment was that the beach access up the road at Sunset Motel was closed making it difficult to reach my favorite rock formations.

Spacious home near the ocean

This spacious home allowed the four of us to spread out and not feel cramped but had a nice gathering space for cooking and meals. It was super clean and beds were comfortable. Lovely backyard where deer and their young could wander in and out. The home was very well stocked with necessities which was a plus. Lots of light coming through the many windows made it a cheerful vacation spot.

Amazing Beach Home!

We stayed at the Dacha home for a family reunion this past week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Bandon is very charming town and the location of the Dacha was perfect, just a quick walk/drive to all the popular beaches on Beach Loop Rd and a very quick drive to town, grocery shopping, restaurants and Old Town Bandon/Marina. The kitchen is well stocked and had a beautiful view of the ocean from the main living room/dining room and kitchen area. The house was extremely clean, light/bright and well-stocked which made it very convenient to cook & gather as a family together. We are looking forward to booking another stay in this gorgeous home!

Mini-Reunion

Our son, daughter-in-law and our two grandchildren came from Medford to meet us. We drove down from Port Townsend, Washington and we had a wonderful visit. The house was just as promised. We walked to watch the sunset over the ocean the first night and strolled down to play on the beach the next day. It is a delightful location and the house had everything we could ask for. We hope to back it back before too much time races past us.

Family trip

We chose this house due to the proximity to town, the ocean view, easy access to the beach, and Bandon dunes. We were in town to get married in a small private ceremony. The house allows dogs. The beds were great, pillows comfortable, house is large, kitchen is really well stocked with things to cook with (and their pans were in good condition!). The house was very clean. Great communication and easy access to the house. Dogs loved it! Only downfall was the back yard was a mud-pit, so we only let the dogs out on the side yard.

Great House in a Great Location

We had four couples for our stay. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, and it had every kitchen appliance we needed. The house has a large backyard and parking for 4 vehicles behind the house, plus access to the garage. The large TV in the living room had instructions and was easy to use. 2 blocks down the road to the north is access to Banden beach. It's a beautiful and distinctive beach with its sea stacks both in the water and on the sandy beach. Downtown Bandon was a 3 mile drive. The valve on the downstairs toilet stopped working while we were there and when we notified the property manager, there was someone there in 15 minutes to fix it. Turns out the neighbor does all the maintenance on the house for the owner. The only thing to note is the kitchen, dining room, and living room are all on the second floor, so you have to haul all your groceries and ice chests up the stairs. We all loved this house and would definitely stay again.
