Located in the heart of Bandol, just a few minutes from the beach and port, this charming 32m² studio is perfect for 2 people. On the 4th floor with elevator, it includes :

- a balcony with exceptional sea view,
- an open-plan living room with sitting area and dining area,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- sleeping area with double bed (140cm),
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- air conditioning, central heating,
- TV, satellite or cable, Wifi and books.

→ Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

The apartment is conveniently located just a few steps away from the center of Bandol. It is a 2-minute walk from the port and only 290 meters from Renecros beach, making it an ideal location for enjoying the Mediterranean atmosphere and water sports activities. Additionally, it is only an 8-minute walk from the SNCF train station and 300 meters from the start of the coastal path, making it the perfect base for exploring the region. The studio is conveniently located near the marina, Hôtel de Ville, and Charles de Gaulle quays, which offer a variety of restaurants and shops. Additionally, there is a pharmacy and a large weekly market nearby. You can also take advantage of the Bandol vineyards, which are in close proximity, for a wine tasting.

Appartement avec beaucoup de cachet et une superbe vue sur le port

Une belle surprise avec la décoration de l’appartement et la vue sur la mer. Très bon amenagement et très bonne situation proche des restaurants et de la plage.
