Nestled in the hub of Bandera, covered parking, quick walk to all the day and night life, rock on the porch, grill your dinner, and watch the roaming wildlife.

1 block from historical 11th Street and 2 blocks from Main Street, the Medina River, restaurants, shopping, and live music. One of Bandera's original houses (c 1881). Completely renovated and updated with the goal of maintaining the unique character and charm.

This spacious 1 bedroom/1 bath Guest House with covered porch is perfect for relaxing with your favorite book or cup of coffee. Located on a quieter side street in downtown steps from all the activities.

Living room with full sized sofa bed, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, bedroom with queen bed & en-suite 3/4 bath (sink, toilet & shower). Other amenities include WiFi (100 Mbps), Satellite TV, mini split air & heat (2 units, 1 in living room and 1 in bedroom, with independent temperature settings) and covered parking. Linens, dishes and utensils provided.

The rocking chairs on porch are perfectly placed to enjoy the large flowering Crepe Myrtle shading your outdoor seating and gas grill area.

There is a washer & dryer that is shared with the guests in the Main House.

Private, covered off-street parking (single vehicle) plus generous additional parking.

Available daily (2-3 night minimum), weekly, or monthly (limited). Rate depends on time of stay and length of stay.

Need more room? Adjoining Main House VRBO property # 2334970 is a 2 bedroom/1bath Main House that accommodates 6 (additional per night over base rate per adult over 4).

Perfect Location to Explore Bandera

We stayed in the cottage on the property, which is decorated in period antiques and is in immaculate condition. We were two blocks from Main Street, one block from the nightlife on 11th Street, and three blocks from the City park with access to the Cypress lined Medina River. When the weather is cool, you hardly need a vehicle to explore the entire area. A great find in an historic Texas town!

Quiet stay close to activities in Bandera

Cottage had all the comforts of home and was within walking distance of Main Street and the 11th Street Cowboy Bar. Enjoyed a live concert there then strolled back to our quiet cottage. Great weekend! Thanks so much!

Perfect couple's get away

Beautiful cottage. All the room I needed for my stay.

I stayed in this cottage last year and decided to stay again. It is close to the RV Park where I spent my days. The cottage is in a good location . Downtown is close and once inside you don't hear anything from outside. I enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch and watching the deer graze in the front yard.

Beautiful Bandera Bungalow

Just an excellent place to serve as basecamp for a stay in Bandera. Easy walk to main street and the park, but far enough away for quiet sleeping. The bed is soft, the AC and heater work great, plenty of warm water for showering and Toni has put a LOT of small touches throughout the place that really show she cares. Highly recommend.
