"Very bad experience, no help at the reception, receptionnists don't smile and don't give any good advices for places to visit, no barbecue included while it was written in the description. Swimming pool not cleaned after glass broken, and my friend was injured with the broken glass fallen in the pool. During checking out, receptionnist charge me money because my son was sick and used the towels, hotel not recommanded."

"Staff is amazing here, very attentive. Lots to do including the pools and spa and they provide a shuttle into town. We had an issue with bugs our first night but when we contacted reception they helped and cleaned with no hesitation. WiFi is eh. Just an FYI, as described, the beach is not really swimmable.
