"We had an unforgettable and truly magical two-day stay at Phulay Bay. From the moment we made our booking, every interaction—both before arrival and during our time at the hotel—was exceptional. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and effortlessly create a welcoming atmosphere; from the second we arrived, we felt completely at home. A special mention must go to Anna, our personal butler, who was outstanding and deserves the highest praise. She went above and beyond to ensure we made the absolute most of our short stay, anticipating our needs with care and thoughtfulness. One of the highlights was the complimentary trip to Hong Island on the resort’s longtail boat—an experience we’ll always remember. The kids were equally delighted with the stunning infinity pool overlooking the islands. Breakfast was nothing short of extraordinary, offering an impressive variety of unique and delicious options. Standout dishes included the blue crab omelette and the local lobster omelette—both absolutely superb. The Thai restaurant Sri Tang is equally exceptional, with ingredients sourced locally or grown on-site, resulting in vibrant, authentic flavours that truly impressed us. We also had the pleasure of meeting Paul, the Food & Beverage Manager, at the hotel’s cocktail party. His passion and enthusiasm for the cuisine were infectious and the dining experience at Sri Tang certainly lived up to his description. We were genuinely disappointed to be leaving so soon and will return! "

"This location is phenomenal. Right on a beautiful beach. But there is not much to do so if your not into just being chill it may not be for you. Not to be petty but the staff work against this place they are Pinching every penny and limit towels, sheet changes, shampoo replacement and yes even toilet paper. This stingy approach takes some of the shine off what otherwise is a really great place. "

"We stayed here for four nights and our only disappointment was having to leave.It was exceptional from start to finish it's run to perfection. The whole team are just wonderful.Phoom looked after us and was a stand out.Pop the General manager came around at breakfast and introduced herself to all guests very hands on which was lovely to see.The breakfast is exceptional wow wow wow they have everything.Our room was beautiful what a view of the ocean.The complimentary sound healing and Pilates classes were fantastic.The whole resort is just so beautiful. We love the Banyan tree brand having stayed at the Koh Samui one a few years ago they're the best.We will for sure return to this amazing hotel."

"Me and my friend had an incredible stay at Mhontong. We were welcomed in and felt like part of the family. The location is in a quiet rural fishing town, the locals are all very kind and gave us lots of smiles as we explored the area. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay there the best it could be. We were given lots of reccomendations of what to do in the area and had a private boat tour arranged, taking us to all the less touristy places ! We were accompanied by one of the hosts who helped translate with the boat driver and looked after us on the trip. The view from the property itself is beautiful and right in the national park.
