"Pictures are exactly like the listing. It’s tucked away on an end street so it’s quiet and peaceful and only a few minute drive to Ao Nong Beach. The property manager had a book with so much detailed information from tours, restaurants, grocery, motorbike rental etc. Property is really well maintained and very cleaned, and it’s a great place for kids to run around which is what we were primarily looking for. Felt very luxurious!"

"The property manager, Ms. Prakong was very proactive in helping. She communicated with us when we would arrive. She checked us in once we arrived and made sure everything in the home was up to standards. She helped us book different outings like kayaking, hiking the Tiger Cave Temple, massages, and transportation to our next area. She was definitely very helpful. The house and pool were very beautiful and nicely kept. I would definitely recommend this place. "

"HORRIBLE PLACE! This place is run by a crazy woman who should go to a mental hospital. I do not recommend it to anyone! Communication with her 0 points. You feel like you are in a mental hospital and not on vacation. There was an incredible stench from the sewage in our villa every day. It could not be solved. Moldy bathtub and shower. "Cam with my daughter, a friend and her daughter. It was a fabulous experience. My 3rd time to Railay. I LOVED that it was directly on the beach and pretty easy to get to and from the walking street and pier and such. Loved being on Railay as compared to in Krabi or on AoNang. Family friendly (halal) no alcohol. Food was ok so we took advantage of a big breakfast as late as we could and enjoyed food at the walking street. Coffee was horrible. Horrible. The coffee shop around the corner was great tho. Summer Fresh, I believe. Unfortunately doesn’t open until 8am. We chose the option to be picked up & dropped back off at the airport and took a van to a waiting area then a samlo to the pier and a long boat to the beach property. No problems at all and helpful staff. Pools are great, rooms are comfortable and clean! Hong Island is worth just spending a full day there but we did the 4 island sunset tour with the bio illuminescent plankton. Super cool! Beautiful all around. Fantastic tour guide that we booked at the hotel."

"Staff was amazing. They really were exceptional from any angle you look at it. They were the best part of the experience. The scenic views and stellar beaches were great too. Food was high quality, kayaking was a blast. I love Krabi and I've been there a few times, but this time was truly a unique experience, largely due to the staff and the hotel. I hope they're getting paid well because they're definitely doing their jobs well."

Avani was a wonderful part of our experience with gracious staff, and need to shout out to Yob, Who was there for us everyday to assist us and get us up and down the mountain from our villa to the lobby so many times....Our pool villa was fantastic and strongly recommend. all the staff at Avani were there for us. The breakfast was fantastic. We loved our stay at Avani."

We stayed in a Sea Water Pool Room, which was absolutely idyllic—featuring a sparkling private pool, lush nature all around, and a full, breathtaking view of the ocean. The dining experience was equally impressive. Lunch at the main restaurant was exquisite, while the breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety of choices alongside impeccable service. As frequent travelers who visit many resorts, we can confidently say that Santhiya left a lasting impression on us. We cannot recommend it highly enough!"
