Close to route 40 & Safeway/Walgreen/Starbucks/Chick Fill-A/Walmart/Car-rentals & more! Access to Freeway is easy (695 and I-95) is round the corner & BWI airport is 13 mins. Easy commute to Downtown Baltimore, Johns Hopkins, and UMBC. Washington DC is 35 miles & Marc train station is just 5 miles with regular trains to the DC Union Station! Plenty of parking on site. Beg bugs
When getting into bed on the first night, we saw a bed bug crawling across the bed. We caught it and took a picture of it. We found another bed bug on the wall near an outlet, and saw evidence of bed bug feces. When checking the mattresses for further evidence of bed bugs, we noticed that one of the mattresses had a large stain (possibly urine). Entirely grossed out, we moved our entire family to a nearby hotel at 2am. We noticed that two of our kids had what appeared to be bed bug bites. The host refused to refund us, and blamed us for the bed bugs (although didn’t deny that the bug we caught and left in the house was a bedbug). We’ve submitted our photo evidence of the bed bugs to VRBO, and are currently awaiting a refund, although this process has been made more difficult due to the host’s refusal to refund us. The whole experience has been a nightmare. The host is incredibly dishonest, and difficult to deal with. I’m astonished that they would not give us a refund when we found and captured a live bed bug in the home. They even blamed us for the urine stain, even though we never even lied in the bed and all the sheets were still perfectly clean. Stay away!

Close, clean base camp
We LOVE the small town feel of Catonsville. The State Fare Restaurant was incredible! Opie’s is great for ice cream and snowballs! The house is right off of the freeway so it made it super easy for us to get on the road for our tours in DC, Baltimore, Annapolis and Gettysburg. Check in and out was super easy and the host is very easy to communicate with. We are looking forward to out next MD trip!

Perfect Location
We were looking for a rental close to Fells Point, Inner Harbor and M&T Bank stadium, for a girls weekend that included a concert at the stadium, and this was an exceptionally convenient location. It was also a very spacious and beautiful house, and best of all included a substantial amount of off-street parking. The host was also very helpful and answered any questions quickly. We would recommend this location and hope to return!

Great house and great experience
We rented this house for a gathering of family and friends over my daughter's college graduation in downtown Baltimore. The place is so convenient - right off of 695 with tons of shopping in the immediate area. The owner was extremely accommodating and responded immediately to all communications. The house was super clean, the driveway and street parking was convenient an more than ample. The amenities in the house were perfect! I'm used to having to bring linens, towels and other stuff to rental houses and this house had everything we needed. I got so many compliments from my family and friends for finding this place - they couldn't believe how well it suited our needs. If you are looking for convenience to downtown Baltimore or BWI, you simply can't go wrong with this place!!! I would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Filthy - do not stay here
Do not stay here. House was dirty. Owners were horrible to work with. Upon arrival I walked through the house. Bathroom / tub on first floor was covered with pubic hair. I went upstairs to second bathroom and found more of the same. Hair trimmings all over the floor, something spilled on bathroom floor. Pubic hair entangled in towels hung for our use. I immediately communicated this to the owner who told me her husband had checked the property the day before and found it clean. I told them I was not comfortable staying there with my daughters. If this was their idea of clean I can’t imagine when the bedding was last washed. I asked for a refund as we immediately booked a hotel room and left. They refused and suggested we left the mess there ourselves. The owners were awful to work with. Both property and owners have been reported to VRBO. I wish I could post the pictures and video I took of the bathrooms. Take my word. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY.

So clean!
We loved staying here. It looks to be recently renovated. It was so clean and had everything we needed for my family (me, husband, nanny, 3 kids). It is conveniently located by the interstate too so we could easily visit our extended family around Maryland. I definitely recommend.

Comfortable home and great location
This property was rented to have a small family gathering. The property has a larger parking area and can accommodate 6-8 cars. This was a real benefit as we didn’t have to worry that we were taking up spaces from neighbors. The location is near the beltway, which was helpful for getting around as well as getting to the airport. The home has four bedrooms and was comfortable for our group of eight people. Furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen had most amenities needed for our stay. The home only has one television, located in the living room. That was a bit of an issue with no tvs in the bedrooms. Kids wanted to watch something other than football. The owner was responsive to any inquiries and accommodating to our needs. I would utilize this home again and recommend it to others.
