「The accommodation was good. A slightly unusual solution was that there was no sink in the bathroom — you had to wash your hands in the kitchen. However, this wasn't a problem. The rooms were clean, and everything necessary was provided. Communication with the host went smoothly. There were several small grocery stores in the area, a few burger places, and some brewpubs. The old town was a short distance away, and buses also ran along the same street.」

「Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett und die Kissen waren bequem, und die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Besonders schätzte ich die Möglichkeit, das Auto im Innenhof zu parken. 「The host Margot’s is a very friendly guy. He was also very helpful in assisting me to find transportation to the apartment. The apartment has the feeling of home. "All of the staff were friendly and kind, and the breakfast had a lovely selection of fresh vegetables and fruits—especially the potatoes, which were delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and absolutely comfortable, and I was really touched by the unexpected little gifts like soap and chocolates. On the fifth floor, right by the elevator, there were homemade fruit juices and cookies placed out daily, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. They were so delicious that other guests also would often enjoy them, and by the evening, they were usually all gone. I borrowed a wheelchair several times when going out, and everyone was more than willing to help, which I truly appreciated. The location was fantastic too—there’s a Lido nearby, and the Old Town is just about a 15-minute walk away. If I ever visit Riga again, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you so much for everything!"

"チェックインの際、フロントの方の対応がとても迅速且つ的確で、安心してホテルでの滞在が出来ました。旧市街のど真ん中にあるホテルという訳ではないので、旧市街へは若干歩かないといけませんが、不便と感じる程ではないです。これはホテルの責任ではないのですが、私と同タイミングで宿泊していた一家の子供数人が、大声で叫びながら客室前の廊下で何度も何度も激しく走り回りうるさかったです…。この一家に対してとても不快な思いはしました。"

"We stayed for 3 nights on December 29th, 30th and 31st as a family of 4. We were told that dinner was included in the plan, but they suddenly said that they couldn't provide it. However, when we arrived on the day, we were given a voucher for a nearby restaurant of the same chain. The service at that restaurant is not so good, so I don't recommend it. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, with a variety of dishes and delicious food. The room is small, but comfortable and clean. You can see Riga's bus terminal and market from the room. It's a great location, 5-10 minutes walk from the old town, and supermarkets and malls are within walking distance. This is a recommended hotel in Riga."
