Balmaha Visitor Centre

Room was great. Food was good, but placing orders was slow. Food arrived promptly though. My biggest problem is your phone system . I tried probably 10- 15 times to call and each time I waited for the 15-20 rings before it cut me off as none was available . The message "Please call back" or similar message came after the timeout period. You must be loosing lots of business by not answering the phone. The only extension that picked up was the golf.

We loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the concierge really helped us find the type of restaurant we were looking for. The location is so convenient if you are traveling by train. We did not eat here but did use the bar which was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.
